Sany Heavy Industry: Pursuing the Dream of "The Belt and Road" and Polishing the "Chinese Brand"

On October 9, Hunan Satellite TV launched a special report on "Chinese Builders Pursuing the Dream of the 'Belt and Road'", focusing on Sany's active response to the "Belt and Road" initiative, the construction of Indonesia's "lighthouse factory", in-depth participation in the construction of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway, and polishing the "Chinese brand".

The Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway, the flagship project of China-Indonesia Belt and Road cooperation, was officially opened recently. The construction of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway has also driven China's intelligent manufacturing and construction machinery to go abroad, and Sany Indonesia's "lighthouse factory" is a typical representative.

Sany Indonesia's "Lighthouse Factory" is the first overseas "Lighthouse Factory" in China's construction machinery industry, which was officially completed and put into operation last year.

This factory combines the core achievements of more than 40 "lighthouse factories" in China, with more than 500 robots of various types, but only more than 100 workers, automatic welding robots work accurately, AGV trolleys shuttle between production lines and warehouses, nearly 10,000 square meters of production area, man-machine highly collaborative assembly, logistics debugging and other main processes to achieve full network connection and unmanned production.

Song Ruixue, General Manager of Sany Indonesia's "Lighthouse Factory": Sany Indonesia's Lighthouse Factory has adopted a digital twin system, which can see the status and operation of the equipment, and we will invest manpower to adjust the equipment according to the capacity load, so as to greatly improve production efficiency.

Since the start of the construction of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed rail project, Sany has participated in the construction of 500 large-scale equipment, including more than 150 excavators and more than 50 cranes, accounting for more than 80% of the total equipment. Sany has set up three service outlets along the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway, with resident service engineers to ensure the smooth construction of the project.

There are a total of 13 tunnels on the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway, and Sany's construction machinery participated in 12 of them, of which the strength of the rock formation of tunnel 11 is more than 120 megapascalsTBMs, successfully completed the tunnel breakthrough.
