At 8:18 a.m. on January 27, in the No. 6 plant of Kunshan Industrial Park, the 300-ton electric drive of Sansan was overtakenBig digging——SY2600E officially went offline. This is the largest tonnage crawler excavator product of Sany, and once again achieved a technological breakthrough in the field of super-large excavation.
Chen Jiayuan, Chairman of Sany Heavy Machinery, Wang Zheng, General Manager of Sany Heavy Machinery, Li Lianwen, General Manager of Sany Heavy Machinery Marketing Company, Cao Donghui, Deputy Chief Engineer of Sany Heavy Machinery and President of Dadu Research Institute, and relevant personnel of the project attended to witness this milestone moment.
The SY2600E is 15 meters long and 8 meters high, and is about three stories high. It has a full electronic control system of 8 pumps and 3 valves, with a bucket capacity of 15 cubic meters, and a shovel can dig up about 20 tons of earth and rock.
Chen Jiayuan said: "In 2008, we developed China's first '200-ton hydraulic crawler excavator', which successfully filled the gap in China, and today, 14 years later, SY2600E off the assembly line, marking a new step in the field of R&D and manufacturing of large excavators. ”
According to reports, SY2600E has inherited many years of quality and technology accumulation and precipitation, mainly for large-scale open-pit mines and earthwork projects to provide earthwork stripping, ore mining and development of new products, is a new breakthrough of "electric drive + forward shovel", with low energy consumption, large loading, high reliability, comfort and other characteristics.
In terms of energy saving, the product adopts advanced fully electronically controlled closed-core hydraulic system, which has faster dynamic response and smaller pressure loss; At the same time, through the use of 6000V, 900kW high-power motors, long-life reinforced structural parts and four-wheel belts, the whole machine has a longer life and more reliable performance; In addition, the product is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, a centralized filling system, etc., and the maintenance parts are centrally designed, and the overall maintenance is convenient.
