On June 20, the "Sany Group Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Exchange Seminar" hosted by the Intelligent Manufacturing Headquarters of Sany Group and undertaken by the Changsha team of the Pump Road Division was successfully held in Changsha.

Tang Xiuguo, chairman and president of Sany Group, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech, proposing that the intelligent manufacturing headquarters should join hands with the manufacturing process system of various business divisions of the group to continuously deepen the four core tasks of "finding long boards, making up for shortcomings, researching trends, and promoting improvement", and continuously accelerate the in-depth upgrading of the group's intelligent manufacturing based on the four major businesses of "process technology, industrial engineering, 34 6S, and organizational effectiveness".

More than 60 people attended the meeting, and the pump Changsha team took the system layout of "pump manufacturing platform planning and construction experience sharing" to the practice analysis of "Changsha Company's lean improvement practice", "intelligent upgrade of large-scale warehouse in No. 18 factory", "process innovation of component coating line in Xincheng factory", "flexible production of valve block machine processing line", and comprehensively demonstrated the "process technology, industrial engineering, three, four, 6S, Organizational effectiveness" four major businesses of collaborative technology sharing results.

Comprehensively interpret the intelligent manufacturing upgrade path through four major business scenarios
1. Technological breakthroughs: turntable automatic assembly technology, dynamic scheduling system for large items to improve inventory turnover, and collaborative operation between feeding robots and flexible lines.
2. Industrial engineering improvement: The lean improvement practice sharing of Pump Road Changsha Company has effectively practiced the "lean work is the cornerstone of intelligent manufacturing" emphasized by leaders at all levels of the group.

3. 34 6S deepening: Through real-time monitoring of 2000+ equipment points in the digital factory, the abnormal response efficiency is improved to the minute level.
4. Organizational effectiveness jump: The welding training base innovates the "AI coach + skill map" model, and the talent growth cycle is shortened.
Benchmark first, and start a new journey of intelligent manufacturing. In this seminar, the Changsha team of the Pump Road Division not only created an intelligent manufacturing demonstration window for the group, but also promoted the collaborative evolution of the whole industry chain with the attitude of striving for excellence.
In the future, the Intelligent Manufacturing Headquarters will work with various business divisions of the Group to build a future intelligent manufacturing ecology of "online large models, offline robots, twin metaverses, and collaborative blockchains".
