On February 23, at the site of Lianyungang Shenghong Refining and Chemical Project,The world's largest tonnage trackcrane——Sany SCC98000TM crawler craneSuccessfully completed the hoisting of the second stage product fractionation tower.
This crane marks the perfect debut of the 4,500-ton "world's first crane" double-arm working condition. Sany once again used the strength of a big country to show the pride of Made in China to the world!
This construction was adoptedHDB120m double-arm working condition, is SCC98000TM construction for three months,The first 4500t hoisting was carried outThe lifting radius is 34m, the lifting counterweight is 1900t, and the total lifting weight is 1260t.
The biggest challenge of this construction is that the working space is very narrow, in the words of the operator Song Chuanfang: "It is a dojo in a snail shell”。
After the comprehensive consideration of Shandong Bay Hoisting Engineering Co., Ltd. and the project department, the operation scheme of "separate driving" of the front vehicle and the rear vehicle of the main engine was finally adopted.
After lifting, the main engine should rotate while walking, which is also a great test for the stability of the lifting equipment.
Song Chuanfang said: "The safety margin of this hoisting is very large, the winch mechanism of the equipment has a strong capacity, the operation of each mechanism is very stable, and the maneuverability is good, which can be based on the hoisting requirements of the site.Complex actions are realized in a simple way, a lot of manpower and material resources are saved, and finally the hoisting is completed in place at one time according to the predetermined hoisting plan.”
Since entering the venue in mid-November last year, the SCC98000TM has been completed one after another498t、552tHoisting of two fractionation columns. This hoisting800tFractionation tower, plus spreader hook, etc., with a total weight of 1260t.
SCC98000TM has two working conditions, the double-arm working condition is 4500t, the single-arm working condition can do 2000t, and the operation task of 2000t is carried out.Only a few parts need to be replaced, and it can be disassembled into 2000t for use.Low energy consumption, small footprint, fast disassembly and assembly, one vehicle for two purposes.
