On February 18, the first R&D project manager youth training camp of Sany Group was grandly opened, and 53 core R&D personnel from the R&D system of various business units participated in the training.
It is understood thatThe R&D Youth Training Camp is one of the four major youth training camps of Sany Group.It aims to cultivate excellent project managers, directors and other key positions, establish the ability to replicate R&D talents in batches, and create a "melting pot" for core R&D talents.
