On March 31, the signing ceremony of a series of projects of Sany Western Intelligent Manufacturing Center was held in Xi'an. Liu Guozhong, Secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, and Zhao Yide, Governor of Shaanxi Province, met with Liang Wengen, Chairman of Sany Group, and attended the signing ceremony. Fang Hongwei, member of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Xi'an Municipal Party Committee, and Guo Yonghong, vice governor, attended.
According to the project cooperation agreement, the two sides will deepen pragmatic cooperation on the research and development of key technologies, the transformation of innovative achievements and product production of construction machinery intelligent equipment, further strengthen the advanced manufacturing industry cluster in Shaanxi Province, and accelerate the high-quality development of Shaanxi.
The series of projects of Sany Western Intelligent Manufacturing Center are located in Fengxi New Town, Xixian New District, with a total investment of about 6.5 billion yuan and an annual output value of about 10 billion yuan after full production, mainly including Sany Western Intelligent Manufacturing Center and Qin Chuangyuan Sany Global R&D Center. Among them, Sany West Intelligent Manufacturing Center mainly produces equipment and machinery, and Qin Chuangyuan Sany Global R&D Center will have about 3,000 R&D personnel after completion.
This project is also another major investment project of Sany Group in Shaanxi after the series of projects of Sany Xi'an Industrial Park landed in Xixian New Area. In November 2018, the Sany Xi'an Industrial Park project, which covers an area of about 272 acres and has a total investment of 3 billion yuan, was signed, which integrates prefabricated building manufacturing, construction robots and other businesses, and has been partially completed and put into operation by the end of 2020.
