Among them, as one of the top ten industrial projects in Hunan Province, Sany Zhilian heavy truck parts and construction machinery expansion project has a total investment of 22 billion yuan, covering a total area of more than 6,000 acres, and will carry out large-scale production of fuel heavy trucks, electric heavy trucks, diesel engines and other core industrial chains and a new generation of construction machinery, with an estimated output value of more than 150 billion yuan and a radiation output value of more than 600 billion yuan.

During the construction process, the project team ensured quality and rushed the construction period, creating a feat of signing a contract in 53 days, starting construction in 100 days, and putting into production in 183 days. At present, the No. 1 and No. 2 workshops of plot A of the project have been put into operation, the heavy truck joint plant of plot B has been completed and put into operation, the main steel structure of the engine plant has also been completed, and the equipment is in full swing.

With an investment of 3.3 billion yuan and a land area of 400 acres, the Sany medium-sized crane project took only half a year from the start of construction to production. Not only did it accelerate the construction of the project, but the Sany Zhongqi project also ran out of high quality. In April 2021, the "5G + Industrial Internet Truck Crane Factory Application Scenario" project was successfully selected as the first batch of "5G + Industrial Internet" demonstration factories in Hunan Province, and was awarded the "Eighth Batch of Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot Enterprises in Changsha City" in the same year.

As a key project in Hunan Province and a "100 billion-level" super steel ecological supply chain platform, the progress of the Sany Smart Steel City project has always attracted attention and attention from all parties, and good news has been frequently reported.

At present, the first three phases of the project have started 60,000 square meters, the first and second phases of about 100,000 square meters of plant and auxiliary houses have been capped and will be delivered within the year, and at the same time, Daming Group, Dahan Group and other leading partners have been introduced as strategic partners and 20 steel supply chain enterprises above designated size inside and outside the province, and online operation of the steel industry chain digital ecological platform, start the construction of railway special lines, etc., the "100 billion" comprehensive output value is ready to go.
