On June 25, Huang Donghong, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, presided over a symposium on promoting private investment, implementing the decisions and arrangements of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, informing the situation of private investment in Hunan Province, preaching the national and provincial policies to support private investment, and focusing on the study of policies and measures to further promote private investment, and widely listening to the opinions and suggestions of private enterprises, provincial departments and financial institutions.

At the symposium, the heads of six private enterprises, including Sany Group, Bochang Holdings, Jindong Investment, Yuneng New Energy, Xidi Zhijia and Wenheyou, introduced the current production and operation situation and put forward suggestions on expanding investment.

Secretary of the Party Committee and Rotating Chairman of Sany Group, Chairman of Sany Heavy Industry introduced to Wenbo that Sany has 23 projects under construction and planning in 12 cities and prefectures in Hunan, including Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan, Yueyang, Changde, Huaihua, Yiyang, Loudi, Chenzhou and Shaoyang, with a total planned investment of 64 billion yuan and an actual investment of 25.5 billion yuan in Hunan.

For the promotion of private investment, Xiang Wenbo also put forward two suggestions: first, it is recommended that the government industrial fund of funds increase cooperation with specialized investment institutions and industrial capital (CVC), increase the proportion of capital contribution to market-oriented investment funds (now it is generally required that the proportion of government fund of funds should not exceed 30%), and stimulate the vitality of private venture capital; The second is to establish a fault-tolerant mechanism for government industrial funds to participate in private capital, encourage private capital to give full play to flexibility, invest early in small investment in hard technology, and support scientific and technological innovation and industrial transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
