The simple structural technology system of "cavity wall column + concave and convex whole plate + molded node + lap post-casting" realizes "full prefabrication of wall columns, beams and slabs + full assembly above ground and underground", directly hits the pain points of building structure safety, water leakage, external wall insulation, labor shortage, low efficiency, high cost, etc., greatly reduces the on-site operation of steel formwork scaffolding, which is in line with building energy conservation and high-quality development, and has a high policy score, and the cost tends to be lower than that of aluminum mold cast-in-place, which has an absolute competitive advantage.
The high-precision main structure and BIM model of SPCS drive the industrialization of the industrial chain of mechanical and electrical installation, decoration and decoration, and smart home, reconstruct the ecology of the construction industry, subvert the traditional construction of "scattered and dirty", and achieve low-carbon and high-quality development.

1. SPCS 1.0 era (2016-2017)
Faced with the problems of scattered, dirty, messy and poor in the traditional construction industry, Sany Construction came into being in 2016 and is committed to industrializing construction. Relying on the group's strong equipment research and development capabilities, the company focuses on the research and development and production of complete sets of equipment, mainly including PC, steel assembly lines, professional mixing plant equipment and component transport vehicles, these complete sets of equipment have formed the company's first generation of SPCS system. However, as the company's understanding of the industry continues to strengthen, we find that relying on equipment alone cannot solve the problem of low efficiency in architectural design, production and construction, and Sany Construction must develop a more advantageous technical system.
2. SPCS 2.0 era (2018-2020)
In the SPCS 2.0 era, Sany Construction Engineering focused on the development of a patented SPCS structure technology system of "cavity + lap + post-casting", which formed the CECS industry standard through experimental research and development and engineering practice verification. The China Engineering and Construction Association standard "Technical Specification for Assembling Integral Steel Welded Mesh Superimposed Concrete Structures" T/CECS 579-2019, edited by Sany Construction Engineering, has been implemented on June 1. The SPCS structural technology system truly solves the pain points of the industry such as the difficulty of sleeve grouting alignment, grouting, winter application, supervision, testing, and repair.
On the basis of the technical system, Sany Construction Engineering has further developed supporting SPCS+PKPM design software, SPCI software intelligent drive industrial software, SPCE complete sets of intelligent equipment and SACE complete sets of intelligent equipment. These supporting equipment and software development provide more favorable technical conditions for the application and practice of SPCS structural technology, on the one hand, the intelligent production of SPCS components is realized, and the production efficiency of components is improved. On the other hand, the whole process of SPCS structural technology in the design, production and construction stages of information and intelligent management has been realized.
3. SPCS 3.0 Era (2021-present)
In order to further upgrade the SPCS operating system, Sany Construction Engineering further clarified the development of 5231 core capabilities, that is, SPCS uses 5 types of equipment, 2 types of standards, 3 types of software, and 1 platform (referred to as "5231") to provide the industry with "better, faster and cheaper" system solutions, and promote the coordinated development of intelligent construction and building industrialization.
Through the practice of millions of square meters of projects, SPCS has great application and promotion value in safe construction, green building, resource conservation, environmental friendliness, and low-carbon development.

"Faster" is reflected in the complete components, high spatial fault tolerance, and 5 days/layer of construction of the standard layer of the main structure;
