The "Luxiang Meeting" - Seminar on Intelligent Pavement Equipment and Construction Technology was successfully held in Sany Heavy Industry

On August 12, Sany Heavy Industry Road Machinery Company specially invited big names in the pavement industry from all over the country to gather at Sany to hold the "Luxiang Association - Intelligent Complete Pavement Equipment and Construction Technology Seminar" in Changsha, which covered academic exchanges, technical seminars, achievement promotion and other sections, comprehensively demonstrated the collaborative innovation of the engineering community, the scientific and technological community, and the academic community, and presented the new technology, format and model of the pavement machinery industry.

More than 10 leaders including Mr. Yu Hongfu, President of Sany Heavy Industry, Mr. Xiang Ruan, Senior Vice President of Sany Heavy Industry and Chairman of the Construction Vehicle Division, Mr. Zheng Jianlong, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Director of the National Engineering Research Center for Highway Maintenance Technology, and more than 40 pavement industry leaders from all over the country participated in the seminar.

The "Luxiang Meeting - Seminar on Intelligent Pavement Equipment and Construction Technology" was divided into two sessions: morning and afternoon. The morning is a theme report meeting, and the afternoon is a theme symposium.

Before the seminar, the expert leaders went to Sany Industrial Park to visit the "smartest factory", observed Sany's intelligent manufacturing plant and road machinery equipment up close, and gave a thumbs up to Sany Manufacturing and Sany Quality.

At the keynote report meeting, Mr. Yu Hongfu, President of Sany Heavy Industry, delivered an opening speech and welcomed everyone. In order to promote the high-quality, intelligent and low-carbon development of the highway engineering industry, build a safe, portable, efficient, green and economical modern comprehensive transportation system, and deeply discuss the intelligence of highway construction equipment and technology, the convening of this seminar is of great significance to the times.

Academician Zheng also said that the main purpose of this meeting is to create a spark of collision of ideas through joint discussion and in-depth exchanges combining industry, university, research and application. In order to improve the intelligent and green level of construction equipment, improve the accuracy of construction control, improve the quality and durability of the project, reduce the carbon emissions of the construction process, and explore new technical ideas and new technical methods.

Subsequently, Mr. Qian Guoping, Vice President of Changsha University of Science and Technology, Mr. Yuan Chunyi, Deputy Director of the Planning Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport, Mr. Xu Jian, Member of the Party Committee of the Highway Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport, and Mr. Jiao Shengjie, Professor of Chang'an University, respectively gave detailed and professional interpretations on asphalt pavement construction and quality control, the planning ideas and investment trends of the national highway network, the vigorous development of the highway construction market and the current situation of the domestic road construction machinery industry.

Customer representatives from Poly Long Engineering Co., Ltd. started from various aspects such as R&D background and usage scenariosThermal regeneration equipmentThe research and development and key process requirements have made a profound analysis.

The customer representative from Sichuan Road and Bridge Mechanization Company of Shudao Group also shared the construction experience of the unmanned intelligent palaver group of Luyong Expressway from the perspective of front-line construction.

Amid bursts of applause, the morning theme report came to an end. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Zhou Xianbiao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary General of the China Construction Machinery Society.

The theme symposium in the afternoon was divided into two special sessions, "Ask the Road - Asphalt Station Technical Symposium" and "Ask the Road - Road Construction and Maintenance Equipment Technical Symposium".

At the asphalt station technology symposium chaired by Professor Jiao Shengjie of Chang'an University and Mr. Peng Guangyu, General Manager of Changde Sany Machinery Co., Ltd., everyone spoke freely and carried out a unique discussion on the development and application of asphalt station technology, from six aspects such as energy conservation and emission reduction, energy transformation, renewable resource recycling, unattended, intensive land utilization and product suggestions.

The customer representative from Xi'an proposed that in terms of finished materials of warm mix asphalt technology, we hope that everyone will work together to promote it in the future. Professor Jiao Shengjie proposed that mobile environmentally friendly asphalt mixer will become the future development trend of the industry, and everyone should work together to save energy and reduce emissions.

The special symposium on road construction and maintenance equipment technology was also wonderful, co-chaired by Mr. Zhou Xianbiao, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the China Construction Machinery Society, and Mr. Chai Wenjun, general manager of Hunan Sany Pavement Machinery Co., Ltd., focusing on unmanned construction technology, pavement construction technology, electrification, the development of full-width telescopic pavers, high-speed pavement large-width asphalt construction, and the use experience, existing problems, customer pain points and suggestions of Sany products.

Mr. Zhou from Shandong proposed that the promotion of intelligence should be gradual and implemented. Mr. Peng Hongwei, chief engineer of Hunan Institute of Transportation Sciences, made suggestions on digital, new energy, unmanned and intelligent equipment.

Mr. Yu Hongfu summarized the topic of the symposium, he said that R&D and technology should be responsible for the development results, and from the customer's point of view, use products to capture the last bastion of foreign brands in the pavement equipment market.
