As one of the departments most closely connected with customers, the ECC center of Heavy Machinery has to answer more than 400,000 "400" service hotlines on average every year, with a quality inspection satisfaction rate of 99.2%, and almost every one of them can be answered in place, boosting Sany Heavy Machinery's service satisfaction to lead for many years.

In the context of the company's "three modernizations" transformation, in recent years, all employees of the ECC center of heavy machinery have deeply learned the knowledge of digital intelligence and deeply promoted the digital intelligence upgrade of the center.
