The annual output value is 10 billion! Sany International's Xi'an "Lighthouse Factory" was put into production!

From April 8th to 9th, the observation group of key projects in Shaanxi Province in the first quarter of 2023 went to the Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park of Sany Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sany International, to inspect and investigate the construction of the project.

The project is located in Fengxi New Town, Xixian New District, Xi'an City, covering an area of 867.8 acres, signed in March last year, started construction on July 31, and completed the first equipment off the assembly line on March 30 this year, reflecting the "Shaanxi efficiency" and "Sany speed".

The whole project mainly produces mining wide-body vehicles and hydraulic supports, and can achieve an annual output of 12,000 sets of hydraulic supports after reaching production.Wide-body dump trucks6,000 vehicles, the planned annual output value will reach 10 billion yuan, and the annual tax will be about 600 million yuan, which is of great significance to improve the production capacity of China's wide-body dump trucks and help the development of the mining industry.

Towering palm trees, "lively" koi ponds, production robots waving their arms, and numbers on the big screen of data management are constantly jumping, from steel to mining vehicles...... Walking into this spacious and bright "lighthouse factory", a harmonious scene of ecology and production is amazing.

According to reports, the plant is about 600 meters long, about 20 meters high, with a construction area of 267,000 square meters, and is one of the largest consortium plants of Sany Group. The factory covers intelligent production lines such as storage center, blanking center, machining center, assembly center, etc., and a large number of technologies such as visual recognition, automatic grabbing, multi-machine collaboration, and intelligent process database are applied.

After the completion of the project, it will effectively drive the upstream and downstream industries of construction machinery, inject strong impetus into the construction of Qin Chuangyuan's general window, and help Xi'an and even Shaanxi to build an ecological cluster of high-end equipment manufacturing industry and build a new pattern of coordinated development of the industry chain.

This project is also another major investment project of Sany Group in Shaanxi after the implementation of a series of projects in Sany Xi'an Industrial Park.
