National pilot! It's officially launched!

Recently, the Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the "Notice on Issuing the Pilot Project for the Application of Intelligent Manufacturing Standards in 2022".

From Made in China to Made in China, Chinese standards are needed. The formulation, verification and improvement of relevant national standards require industry leaders to take the lead in the trial.

A total of 59 projects have been approved, mainly focusing on the four key directions of intelligent workshop/factory construction, new model application, new technology application, and supply chain collaboration, and it is planned to form a number of "standard groups" to promote the effective implementation and application of intelligent manufacturing by 2024.

The "Pilot Project for the Standard Application of High-end Equipment and Materials Intelligent Factory" was carried out by Zhejiang Sany Equipment Co., Ltd., Huzhou Modern Logistics Equipment High-tech Industrial Park Management Committee, Zhejiang Jiuli Special Materials Technology Co., Ltd., and Huzhou Research Institute of Zhejiang University.

Zhejiang Sany Equipment Co., Ltd. Han Peng introduced the project implementation plan as the project leader, the main task is to establish a set of mechanisms, build a set of "standard groups", compile a set of implementation guidelines/solutions, cultivate a group of standardized talents, and promote a number of intelligent transformation of enterprises.

At present, the pilot project has been officially launched, and Sany and Jiuli are fully implementing the relevant standard groups of smart factories, and systematically verifying all elements of smart factory construction to form standard application and implementation guidelines and solutions. According to the implementation of the standard, the project will also be promoted in key intelligent manufacturing enterprises in the park in a timely manner, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, innovation and development with standards.
