At the beginning of April this year, the 32MW distributed wind power project of Qixian Pingmei Beikong in Kaifeng City, Henan Province, will build 4 new 5.0MW units, 3 4.0MW units and 1 35KV switching station. Trinity SCC17000TM-1 trackscraneResponsible for the installation of all 7 fans in the project.In this construction, SCC17000TM-1 adopts 168m reinforced main boom + 12m wind power jib working condition, with an overlifting counterweight of 520t and an overlifting radius of 32m, undertaking the main crane task.


SCC17000TM-1 operator Wang Gong introduced: "The steel tower is completed by the auxiliary crane and the main crane, and the 5.0MW engine room is hoisted by the main crane alone. The diameter of 191m impeller is assembled on the ground, and the double machine lifting and slipping to the equipment upright, the most difficult part is that the main crane completes the docking of the single crane impeller set with the engine room.The height of the turbine nacelle is 160m, the length of a single blade reaches 90m, and the total weight of the impeller group exceeds 140 tons. The construction location is very close to the high-voltage wire, and if the angle is slightly tilted, it will touch the wire. SCC17000TM-1 adopts a single machine hoisting to complete the set of impellers, which is a great test for the lifting capacity and stability of the main crane. ”


Wang Gong said: "During the hoisting period, the weather was very bad, there was a lot of wind and rain, and there was no brick filling slag on the site, so it was very hard. Therefore, we will plan every hour of work in advance, transfer on windy days, hoisting when there is no wind, and do not miss any hoisting window. The SCC17000TM-1 can also adapt well to harsh construction scenarios. ”In order to ensure that the hoisting is foolproof, the project department has also convened a number of professionals to discuss solutions, and conducted several tests to deploy in advance. In the end, the SCC17000TM-1 successfully completed its task with excellent lifting performance and stability.


In the face of trends such as large-scale wind turbines and the acceleration of wind power installation, SCC17000TM-1 came into being. It can fully cover the lifting of 10MW and below wind turbines.

◼︎ Standard wind power conditions: 100m high, 16m range can lift 300t; 110m high, 18m amplitude can lift 280t; 120m high, 22m range can lift 240t.

◼︎ Over-start wind power working conditions: 140m high, 24m range can lift 300t; 170m high, 28m range can lift 239t; 180m high, 30m range can lift 216t; 190m high, 32m range can lift 185t.


At the same time, it has a guaranteed safety and is hoisted 6. XMW fans, the load factor is less than 70%. The industry's first 4.5m wide arm and the use of 2000-ton high-performance pipes, the construction stability is stronger, and the wind resistance far exceeds the standard. At the same time, it is also equipped with 4 intelligent safety auxiliary functions such as wind speed warning and random rope recognition to protect operation safety in 360 degrees.



In addition to performance, the efficiency of wind power operations is also the focus of the owner's consideration. SCC17000TM-1 has 3 internal transition modes (with full arm/with 4-section arm/main engine transition), and the fastest is only 3 hours. 8 kinds of disassembly and assembly black technologies such as counterweight positioning and one-button pull-up, and the disassembly and assembly efficiency is half a day faster. Dual-pump combined technology, heavy load lifting speed is 1 times faster, and it only takes 15 minutes to lift the heavy load in place at a height of 120m.



It took only 2 months to install all 7 fans, and SCC17000TM-1 was indispensable. After the completion of the 32MW distributed wind power project of Qixian Pingmei BEWG, it can effectively promote local social and economic development and improve the local energy structure.

Up to now, 14 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) have mentioned the development of decentralized wind power in the relevant plans of the "14th Five-Year Plan". According to the "China County Green and Low-carbon Energy Transformation and Development Report" jointly released by the State Power Administration and Siemens in December 2022, the development potential of distributed wind power technology has reached 250GW, and the model from centralized to decentralized has become another major trend in China's wind power.
