The project of "Research and Application of Key Technologies of a New Generation of Intelligent Pump Trucks" is a new generation of pump trucks developed based on lightweight boom vibration reduction control technology, casting integrated valve group technology, power system control technology of special engine for pump trucks and big data cloud platform technology.

The lightweight boom vibration damping control technology developed by the project has greatly improved the handling stability of the pump truck boom. The casting integrated hydraulic valve group for pump truck solves the problems of complex oil circuit, difficult assembly and high pressure loss; The adaptive closed-loop control power matching technology effectively improves the fuel economy of the engine under pumping conditions. It has independently developed a big data "pump recitation" cloud platform that integrates distributed storage, data modeling and deployment, and visual display, empowering the intelligent operation and maintenance of a new generation of pump trucks.
