Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the 2023 excellent scenarios of intelligent manufacturing, and a total of 9 scenarios from two units under Sany were selected and recognized at the national level.

The 2023 intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration action is jointly carried out by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the State Administration for Market Regulation.

The Sany Heavy Lift Division Zhejiang Sany Equipment Co., Ltd. and SanyTruck cranesA total of 9 scenarios were selected, including the deployment of intelligent manufacturing equipment, the construction of production site equipment control system, the realization of real-time control and efficient collaboration of production equipment, testing equipment, logistics equipment, etc., and the intelligent collaborative operation scenario of improving production efficiency by 30%-50%; The self-developed APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling System) realizes intelligent planning and scheduling with a variety of limited capabilities and resources, shortens the order delivery cycle by 30%, and achieves a timely delivery rate of 99% in production planning optimization scenarios. On the basis of the PLM system, the three platforms of self-developed design, testing and trial production realize the online R&D business and the integration of R&D and manufacturing, and improve the overall development efficiency by more than 30% of the digital R&D and design scenarios of products.

Previously, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other departments have selected two batches of 209 intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories and 630 excellent intelligent manufacturing scenarios, among which Sany has successfully unveiled the "high-end pumping engineering equipment intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory", "wind power host and blade intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory", "basic construction equipment intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory", "heavy equipment intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory" and many excellent scenarios such as flexible configuration scenarios of production lines and intelligent online detection scenarios of products.
