On January 25, at the moment when most people embarked on the road to return to their hometowns for reunion, Li Dongzhi, a service engineer of Sany Heavy Machinery, learned that Zhejiang YichaoBig diggingHe resolutely decided to stay in Taizhou for the New Year, and stuck to his post during the Spring Festival, only providing support and guarantee for the normal attendance of equipment.
From January 25th to February 2nd, in order to better serve customers and do a good job in the guarantee of front-line engineers, Sany Pumping Service Department adhered to the tradition of service without closing, and Qi Wenmin was on duty throughout the Spring Festival, handling 81 customer service needs and scheduling in a timely manner to ensure the normal construction of customer equipment.

From January 25th to February 2nd, Tuo Jun, a regional service engineer of Sany Port Machinery, took the initiative to give up his rest to apply for Spring Festival duty, and through all-weather response and refined investigation, he went to the customer's site in the wind and rain, completed a total of 13 emergency service orders, and efficiently solved the equipment operation failure of 8 customers.
On January 26, Wei Wudao, the service engineer of Sany Heavy Lift, received a call from the customer, and quickly rushed to the scene after the video guidance was fruitless. On the day of the blizzard, 110 kilometers of snow on the road area of 150mm, he drove hard to taxi for 3 hours to arrive, in the extreme cold of minus 20 degrees, immediately troubleshooting until the equipment returned to normal, the customer praised his efficient response and superb technology through the circle of friends.

In the early morning of Chinese New Year's Eve on January 28, Deng Da, service engineer of Sany Heavy Machinery, came to the customer's construction site against the cold wind, took the initiative to test the whole vehicle for the SY60 excavator, ensured the normal operation of the equipment during the Spring Festival, and intimately sent the New Year gift box, guarding the customer's "reunion year" with professionalism and warmth, which moved the customer.

On January 28, Chinese New Year's Eve, Sany Heavy Equipment Xinjiang Mingyang full maintenance service team still stuck to the Hami Baishi Lake open-pit mine to escort the normal operation of hundreds of wide-body vehicles of Mingyang Group. 1,900 kilometers away in the Changtan Coal Mine in Zhungerqi, Inner Mongolia, there is also a group of service engineers, the Sany Heavy Equipment Changtan Coal Mine Full Maintenance Service Team, who spent a special Spring Festival in the Year of the Snake.

On January 31, the third day of the Lunar New Year, Li Jitao, the service engineer of Sany pile driver, received an urgent call from a customer: a pile driver under construction was shut down due to oil leakage from the balance valve, and the customer was anxious. He immediately rushed to the scene with tools in the cold, quickly locked down the fault and caused the seal to deteriorate, quickly replaced the parts, and debugged the system, and got the equipment back up and running in just one hour.
