Recently, the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology issued a funding notice for the 2025 provincial science and technology plan project (sixth batch), and the "Research on Key Technologies for the Electrification of Pure Electric Unmanned Mining Vehicles" led by Sany Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sany Group, was successfully selected as a key project for the integration of "four chains" of Qin Chuangyuan's general window, and was supported by provincial special funds, marking that the company's technology research and development strength in the field of mine intelligent equipment has been recognized again.

Pure electric unmanned mining vehicles are the core direction of mine transportation equipment upgrading and are of key significance to promoting the construction of green and intelligent mines. Develop dual-motor parallel drive technology suitable for complex working conditions in mines, realize automatic shifting without power interruption under all working conditions, and achieve a maximum climbing degree of 40%.

Develop high-safety, high-specific energy lithium iron phosphate energy battery, using multi-faceted liquid cooling and intelligent thermal management technology, suitable for use in the whole area of 35°C~55°C, and extend the battery life by more than 50%;

Innovate high-current fast charging and liquid-cooled charging technology, the charging efficiency is 100% higher than that of the industry, and the charging time is ≤ 1 hour.

After the project is implemented, Sany pure electric mining vehicles will comprehensively improve the efficiency of mine transportation with the core advantages of "strong power, smooth shifting, high energy saving, and fast charging", and promote the transformation of our country and the global mining industry to green, safe, intelligent and efficient while achieving a win-win situation for economic and environmental protection benefits.
