On February 16, Sany Heavy Industry invested in the establishment of Kunshan Sany Housing Co., Ltd. in Kunshan Development Zone, with a total planned investment of 6 billion yuan. Xu Huimin, Vice Mayor of Suzhou and Secretary of the Kunshan Municipal Party Committee, and Du Xiaogang, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, attended the signing ceremony and met with Xiang Wenbo, director of Sany Group and president of Sany Heavy Industry.

In the past ten years since Sany Heavy Machinery settled in Kunshan, relying on Kunshan's good development environment, it has continuously become bigger and stronger, successfully built Sany Kunshan Industrial Park, become one of the group's six major industrial bases, and promote the rapid growth of "Sany" to become one of the world's top 500 enterprises, and become the undisputed leading enterprise and national industrial brand in the heavy industry industry. At present, Sany Kunshan Industrial Park has many projects such as "Sany Heavy Machinery", "Sany Power" and "Sany Mining Machinery", becoming an important high-end equipment manufacturing industrial base in Kunshan.

Sany Housing, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sany, specializes in construction industrialization research and development, large-scale prefabricated component factory operation, general contracting construction construction industrialization engineering projects and other businesses, and has mastered a full set of core technology systems for building industrialization design, production and construction construction, and has been awarded the title of "National Housing Industrialization Base" by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. The signed "Kunshan Sany Housing Project" project will serve as the East China and overseas headquarters of "Sany Housing", based on Kunshan radiating the Yangtze River Delta, driving China's production capacity to "go overseas", and making important contributions to the implementation of the national "Belt and Road" strategy.

Within five years from this year, Kunshan's "Sany Housing" project will invest its total planned investment in the fields of construction industrialization research and development, concrete prefabricated component factories and construction industry projects, and strive to build a modern construction industry cluster of 100 billion yuan. The first phase of the project is located in Sany Kunshan Industrial Park, which will use the existing plant for construction, and is scheduled to start production in May this year, and strive to form a construction capacity of no less than 1 million square meters in that year, and achieve domestic and foreign orders of more than 1 billion yuan. By 2020, it will form an annual production capacity of more than 10 million square meters of construction industrialization, with an output value of about 30 billion yuan.

Sany related users said that the production mode of building industrialization will make the construction process and residential products more environmentally friendly and the use of resources more reasonable. The data shows that through factory production, on-site waste will be reduced by 83%, material loss will be reduced by 60%, recyclable materials will account for 66%, and building energy will be saved by more than 50%. At the same time, the error rate is reduced to 0.01%, the leakage rate of the exterior wall is less than 0.01%, and the accuracy deviation is calculated in millimeters, less than 0.1%. What's even more impressive is that the construction staff is reduced by 89% and the construction cycle is shortened by 70%.

During the meeting, Xu Huimin said that Kunshan and Sany have a good foundation for cooperation, and the establishment of new projects adapts to the new normal development trends such as transformation and upgrading, green environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction, and capacity reduction, which is breakthrough and leading. In the new round of development, Kunshan will tilt more quality resources to such quality enterprises and projects, and hopes that Sany will use this project as a fulcrum to leverage the rapid development of the construction industrialization industry. Kunshan will support the project as a major industrial project in 2016.
