The list of "2015 National Youth Safety Production Demonstration Post" was released, and Sany Pumping Components Center won this award

Recently, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the State Administration of Safety Supervision announced the list of "2015 National Youth Safety Production Demonstration Posts". Only two non-public enterprises in Hunan have won this award, and the Component Center of Sany Pumping Company's Manufacturing Headquarters (hereinafter referred to as the "Component Center") is one of them. On August 25, at the awarding ceremony held by the Non-public Working Committee, Yang Fanghua, member of the party group and deputy director of the Provincial Bureau of Industry and Commerce, awarded the award-winning units.

It is understood that the creation of youth safety production demonstration posts was jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the State Administration of Safety Supervision, which began in 2002 and is mainly for grassroots safety production units such as front-line production workshops and teams of enterprises.

As a department with a large number of special types of work such as processing and welders, the component center group group has formulated a safety production management system and safety indicators at each stage according to the characteristics of employees and plants, and at the same time strictly implements the principle of qualified assessment for employees, eliminating the existence of artificial unsafety factors. In order to further enhance the safety awareness of employees, the Component Center Group also regularly carries out safety self-inspection activities for employees, especially the majority of young members, to work equipment and the surrounding working environment. In addition, the central group group also seized the opportunity of the industry to reshuffle the cards, improve the labor efficiency and labor skills of employees, greatly improve the self-hematopoietic function of employees, and vigorously improve the production mode of safety and benefit. Under the leadership of the central group group, the component center has produced without a single safety accident for three consecutive years.
