The main building of Shanghai World Financial Center is designed to be 492 meters high, with a total of 104 floors, 101 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, and has become a new landmark in Pudong, Shanghai after its completion in early 2008. Sutong Bridge - World span * 5655 cable-stayed bridge

The Sutong Bridge has a special geographical location, and the geology, climate and hydrological conditions are very complex, and it is a huge and complex system project to solve the "ten key technologies" such as the main bridge structural system, wind resistance and seismic performance in the construction of the project. In particular, the two main piers are 306 meters high, which is unprecedented in the history of bridges in the world.

In the construction process of the Sutong Bridge, Sany ultra-high pressure pump uses two diesel engines to drive two sets of pump sets respectively, applying dual power combined technology, and the two sets of pump sets work at the same time. This design allows the two sets of pump units to work at the same time or separately, which greatly improves the construction efficiency and ensures the reliability of the equipment.

In September 2006, Sany ultra-high pressure pump pumped C50 high-strength steel fiber concrete to a height of 306 meters, setting a record for the pumping height of the main pier *5656 in the history of bridges in the world. Since 2003, Sany Heavy Industry has participated in the construction of more than 30 concrete pumping equipment of the Sutong Bridge, accounting for 80% of the concrete pumping equipment of this project.

Fujian Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant Nuclear Island Dome Hoisting - Dome Qiankun

The containment dome hoisting operation of Fuqing Nuclear Power Unit 4 is carried out by Sany SCC10000 crawler crane, which is also one of the domestic crawler cranes with a capacity of *5655 tonnage that is currently in use in China.

As part of the steel lining of the reactor plant, the nuclear island dome plays the role of sealing the nuclear reactor plant and is an important barrier to prevent the leakage of radioactive materials. The huge size and weight of the nuclear island dome and the influence of on-site wind force make the on-site hoisting work more difficult, and the requirements for hoisting equipment are also more stringent. In order to make the crawler crane have a beautiful performance every time it is constructed, Sany has made a special design for the hoisting of the main components of the nuclear power plant at the beginning of the design, and successfully realized the SCC10000 crawler crane in a 50-meter operating radius and a load lifting capacity of 250 tons.

The hoisting adopts LJDB tower jib overlifting condition, the main boom is 60 meters, the jib is 54 meters, the operating radius is 52.4 meters, and the lifting height is 60 meters. After 67 minutes of intense operation, the hemispherical hyperboloid steel dome with a height of 11.05 meters, an outer diameter of 37.012 meters and a weight of 128 tons was slowly lifted. Since the start of the SCC10000 crawler crane, it has been working continuously, lifting suspension beams, steel structures and other objects many times, and its stable operation performance has won wide praise.

Sany crawler crane has also written a strong stroke again in the development of our country's nuclear power industry. As the first domestic large-scale special equipment participating in the lifting of key components, Sany crawler crane has completed a total of 19 nuclear island dome hoisting so far.
