On September 24, the "E-Excavation Action", a funding program of Beijing Sany Public Welfare Foundation, was officially released at the Shenzhen Ci Exhibition. "E-Excavation Action" is the flagship funding program of Beijing Sany Public Welfare Foundation (hereinafter referred to as Sany Foundation), which is committed to discovering and funding innovative and efficient public welfare projects to promote the innovation and development of the public welfare industry.

According to Shen Danxi, project director of the Sany Foundation, the "E-Excavation Action" is a *5658 special funding plan launched by the Sany Foundation after nearly a year of exploration and attempts. "E gene" includes Effectiveness, Exploration, Empathy, Entrepreneurship and other connotations, representing a series of characteristics that innovative and efficient public welfare should have, and also reflecting the funding concept of the Trinity Foundation.
In the future, Sany Foundation will find innovative, pioneering, grassroots, and start-up public welfare projects through the "E-Excavation Action", and provide funding in the form of unlimited fields, unlimited amounts, and unlimited registrations. It is reported that in addition to funding, the "E-Excavation Action" will explore more service content to help the growth of public welfare projects, and provide targeted support and personalized resource docking for public welfare projects through accurate needs assessment and matching, such as joint communication, funding recommendation, venue settlement, etc.
At present, Heitu Wheatfield Rural Maker, ABC Better Society Consulting Agency, and BottleDream have become *5,656 batches of innovative public welfare projects that have received benchmark funding from the "E-Excavation Action", and Yiqiao, Sound and Painting Dream, Fructose Art • Zhimei Rural Art Museum Project, and MyH2O have become closely watched projects, receiving small funding and project tracking support.

Since 2014, the Dream Student Aid Program has selected 200 to 300 poor students from poor high school freshmen in the central and western regions to join the Dream Realization Action Experimental Group every year, and randomly selected 300 to 500 poor students to enter the control group. Once selected, students who realize their dreams will be eligible for all subsequent stages of study if they report information regularly and meet the funding conditions. The ultimate goal of the Dream Grant Program is to give the poor the opportunity to continue their studies and help aspiring students realize their dreams of entering the world's 5,660 universities.
Feng Gang, secretary-general of the Sany Foundation, said that the series of dream student assistance projects comprehensively help young people grow into key life nodes, and include all four key stages of high school, university, graduate school, and study abroad into the scope of funding.
To apply for the Dream Grant Program, you need to meet four basic conditions, that is, the applicant is from the central and western regions, has been admitted to the local ordinary high school and confirmed to be admitted in the fall of 2015, has above average academic performance, and is a poor student with financial difficulties. *Selected students can receive different amounts of funding from the foundation each year at the high school, university, graduate and study abroad levels.
