The President of Guinea met with Tang Xiuguo, President of Sany Group, and looked forward to deepening cooperation with Sany Group

On October 31, 2016, President of the Republic of Guinea, Alpha Conte, who is on a state visit to China, met with Tang Xiuguo, President of Sany Group, at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing.

Trinity's relationship with Guinea dates back to 2011. In October of that year, President Conte visited China, and Trinity presented Guinea with a 46-meter aircraft worth $500,000Pump truck, supporting local infrastructure construction. With the entry of pump trucks, Sany equipment blossomed everywhere in the Guinean market. In 2013, Sany signed an agency cooperation agreement with SODEFA, a well-known steel development company in Guinea, to establish a strong marketing service channel to serve large local Chinese-funded enterprises. At present, almost all engineering projects in Guinea are built by Sany Equipment.

At this meeting, President Conte and Tang Xiuguo had a very pleasant conversation. During the meeting, Tang Xiuguo briefed President Conte on the development of Sany internationalization, especially the achievements of Sany in new business areas such as smart ports, mining machinery and housing industrialization since 2011. He said that Sany and Guinea have extensive space for cooperation in these fields, and Sany is willing to continue to contribute to Guinea's economic construction.

President Conte affirmed the achievements of Sany in internationalization in recent years, especially in the North African region, and once again thanked Sany for the pump truck presented by Sany that year, saying that Guinea and Sany are old friends with affection, and Sany's pump truck has played an important role in Guinea's economic construction.

President Conte said that Guinea is rich in natural and mineral resources, but due to its weak industrial base and backward infrastructure, insufficient market development, and its huge development potential has not been effectively released. In the future, Guinea will have more infrastructure construction, and it is expected that Sany will participate more in the construction of Guinea's ports and mines, thereby promoting the rapid development of the country's economy. He will continue to support Trinity's development in Guinea.
