Then I contacted him to come to our station and organized forces to give priority to that customer. At the same time, the whole vehicle is fully inspected, so that the details, such as the windpipe, light adjustment, bumper slight shaking, etc., the customer is very satisfied, and take the initiative to call him to be familiar with Xinghua Sany cardholders, tell me the service of our station.

Since doing Sany after-sales service, I have joined dozens of Sany card friend groups, posted in the App, and now I receive calls from Sany card friends all over the country every day, asking about vehicle maintenance, fault and convenient use, I will patiently reply to Sany card friends, sometimes on-site video guidance, some remote areas have fewer service stations, less accessories, I express to them, * as far as Xinjiang, Qinghai, Inner Mongolia.
