The main components of the shield machine hoisted this time have a total length of 110 meters and a weight of 950 tons, and the diameter of the cutterhead reaches 8.6 meters, and the total weight of the knife and spreader is 134 tons.It is an overweight and oversized component。
The construction length of Renmintang Station is only 272 meters, and the construction site is very small.In order to ensure the safe and smooth work of cutterhead hoisting and downhole, the project team prepared a number of construction plans, conducted expert review and demonstration, and finally decided to use SCC6200TM as the lifting equipment.
At 8 o'clock in the morning of the same day, with the tacit cooperation of the on-site personnel, Sany SCC6200TM safely and smoothly completed the cutterhead lifting and descent task within 2 hours through a series of actions such as lifting, turning over, static load testing, and translation down the well.
Master Song, the main operator of Sichuan Xinlu Hoisting Company, said: "This operation adopts the construction of 24 meters main boom + 12 meters fixed jib working conditions, and the operating radius reaches 12.6 meters. The difficulty of construction is that the working space is small, and there are as many as 8 points of docking interfaces at one time, which is a great test of equipment stability and micro-movement.The lifting performance of this equipment is very strong under the overall operation, and the rotation start and stop are very soft. ”
After the positioning and installation of the cutterhead under the well,The "Excellence" shield machine has entered the stage of pipeline connection and commissioning of the whole machine, will undertake the tunneling construction task of 1223 meters from Renmintang to Aerospace Road of Chengdu Metro Line 17.
According to reports, after the completion of the second phase of Chengdu Metro Line 17, it will greatly improve the travel conditions of citizens, alleviate urban traffic pressure, enhance inter-regional connections, and give full play to the function of rapid transportation services.
