The "Xiaoxiang Cup" industrial design competition is sponsored by the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Department of Education, and the Provincial Department of Finance.It is the highest-level, highest-specification and most authoritative industrial design competition in Hunan Province.It lasted nearly half a year, and a total of 3,215 entries from 185 enterprises, 181 universities and designers across the country were received.
Under the supervision of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Hunan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision in the Department of Industry and Information Technology, a total of 85 works won awards after fierce competition in multiple links of preliminary evaluation, deepening design, and finals. Among them, the cooperation work between Sany Group and Hunan University "Upgrade" - the design of the intelligent cockpit series of construction machinery won the bronze award, and the new generation of mine hydraulic excavator SY485H and intelligent unmanned roller of Sany Group won the excellence award respectively.
"Upgrade" - the design of the intelligent cockpit series of construction machinery products is a series of intelligent cockpits designed and developed by Sany Group in response to the technological development trend and user human needs of the era of intelligent interconnection, facing various work scenarios such as mines, municipalities, high-altitude buildings, and underground mining, and jointly designed and developed by Hunan University.
The design of this series revolves around the idea of "intelligence and digital humanity", with the characteristics of digital intelligent experience, car-level human-computer interaction, safety modular design, and family-style design language, realizing new cross-border concepts and new driving control experiences!
The new generation of mine hydraulic excavator SY485H is specially designed for heavy-duty mines, which not only has a large digging force, but also has smoother control, and at the same time realizes 5G remote control, which can cope with various dangerous and complex working conditions, showing the beauty of intelligent manufacturing.
The intelligent unmanned roller that "can think" combines unmanned driving with digital construction to fully realize the unmanned control and intelligent operation of the roller, and its forward modeling language vividly reflects the industrial beauty of the intelligent roller.
At the meeting, Huang Yin, deputy director of the industrial design center of Sany Group's R&D management headquarters, released a new Sany large-tank high-spray fire truck, which comprehensively upgraded the industrial design from the aspects of aesthetics, craftsmanship, interactivity, and refinement, bringing more value to customers.
The conference also read out the list of "National Industrial Design Centers" awarded in Hunan in 2021, and the industrial design center of Sany Group was honored. The national industrial design center is an enterprise industrial design center or industrial design enterprise recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology with strong industrial innovation ability, distinctive characteristics, standardized management, outstanding performance, and advanced development level in the country. Being selected for this list represents the highest recognition of Sany Group's industrial design center.
At present, Sany Group's industrial design center is customer-centric, helping construction machinery and equipment to be more intelligent and humanized, continuously improving product experience, and creating value for customers.
