With the opening of the 75-meter underwater robotic arm and the new 10023C10-Pro version of the on-board pump, the two new products officially rolled off the production line.

The 75-meter underwater robotic arm project is a sub-project of the "Oil and Gas Field Underwater Production System Localization Research and Demonstration Project" established by the state in order to avoid the key equipment of oil production operations being bottlenecked by foreign countries, which is used to prevent foreign export restrictions on oil production underwater submersible (ROV) to our country.

This set of underwater robotic arm booms has a length of 74.1 meters, 7 sections, a total weight of 81 tons, and is equipped with two underwater manipulators (the underwater operation manipulator operation package is also rolling off the production line today), with a maximum operating depth of 55 meters, which can completely replace the oil tree operation of underwater submersibles and avoid the personal safety risks caused by personnel diving.

At the same time, it can also be expanded to be used in many fields such as ship underwater maintenance, dam underwater maintenance, submarine cable tubing maintenance, etc., and has a wide range of underwater operation uses.

According to reports, the new 10023C10-Pro version of the on-board pump can be summarized as "three watches and one super".

More energy-saving: The use of energy-saving electro-hydraulic control system, energy-saving casting valve manifold, and upgraded version of Sany Yiitz D09 engine reduces pumping fuel consumption by 8% and saves customers 25,000 yuan in fuel costs every year.

More reliable: the second-generation wireless remote control, the hydraulic system main oil suction filtration, flexible pumping and other technologies, the failure rate of the whole vehicle can be reduced by 30%.

More comfortable: A new generation of cab, the exterior and interior are fully upgraded, and the sedan-style driving is more comfortable.

Super convenient: The on-board pump can also be equipped with five-channel camera monitoring, intelligent auxiliary pipe matching, reducing pipe time by 50%; Feeding monitoring and cab monitoring to realize online management of the construction process.
