Project Overview:The starting point of the project is located near Dongjiaowan, Wenling Chengdong Street, and is connected with the 81 Provincial Highway through directional ramp interchange, and the end point is near Lingjiao Village, Wenqiao Town, Wenling City, and is connected with the Wenling Zeguo to Yuhuan Damaiyu Shugang Highway Project. The total length of the main line of the project is about 15.96km, and there are 3782.15 meters/9 bridges (including the main line bridges and separated interchanges in the interchange area), including 1943.65 meters/1 extra-large bridge, 1758 meters/6 bridges, 78.5 meters/2 middle bridges, 5568.5 meters/4 tunnels (equivalent to double tunnels), including 4187 meters/2 long tunnels, 1381.5 meters/2 middle tunnels, 4 interchanges, and 1 highway maintenance and management room (combined with the function of service stations).

Project Significance:After the completion of the 228 project, 228 National Highway (the original 81 Provincial Highway Section) can be connected with Luzetai Expressway, South Ring Road, West Ring Road, and 228 National Highway (Damaiyu Shugang Highway Section), and Dasong First-class Highway constitutes the outer ring road network of the entire Wenling urban area. At the same time, the distance between the Wenqiao Town block and the main urban area of Wenling will be shortened from the original 20-30 minutes to about 10 minutes, which can give full play to the radiation and driving role of the main urban area. In addition, the east of the city to Wenqiao section is currently the only broken road of 228 National Highway in Taizhou, and the construction of 228 National Highway from the east of the city to Wenqiao section of the project is of great significance for promoting the construction of a strong transportation city in our city and even a strong transportation province in Zhejiang.
