Project Overview:The project is located in the eastern sea area of Jinzhou Bay in Dalian City, with a reclamation area of 20.10 square kilometers, invested and constructed by Dalian International Airport Group Co., Ltd., and jointly designed by Beijing Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., Yunnan Construction Investment First Survey and Design Co., Ltd., China Northeast Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., Dalian Municipal Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Civil Aviation Airport Planning and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd.

Pile foundation works are the key to ensuring the smooth progress and timely completion of the entire airport construction project.

Previously, the preliminary design and budget estimate of the first batch (terminal area and part of the flight area project) of Dalian Jinzhou Bay International Airport were officially approved at the end of September, providing an important basis and guidance for the project.The pile foundation project requires pouring about 400,000 cubic meters of concrete and using 43,000 tons of steel bars. At present, the total area of the terminal building and the viaduct pile foundation project in front of the building is 200,000 square meters.
