Sany Renewable Energy
Since the rush installation period in 2020, Sany Renewable Energy's 140m high flexible tower wind turbines have accumulated orders for more than 600 units, of which more than half have been put into operation. All the wind turbines put into operation are stable and reliable, and there has never been a vicious accident of tower collapse. In 2020, some of the operating data of the full-capacity grid-connected Gaorouta wind farms in Henan, Anhui and Jiangsu are as follows:

1. Henan Xincai Wind Farm:
The wind farm is located in Xincai County, Zhumadian City, Henan Province, and 20 SE14125 units (with a total capacity of 50MW) of Sany Renewable Energy are installed, using 140m high flexible towers. The first hoisting was carried out on August 19, 2020, and the full capacity was connected to the grid on December 28, 2020.
In 2021, the equivalent full power generation hours of this wind farm are about 2,775 hours. The utilization rate of the wind turbine is 99.77%, and the current failure probability is 1.5 years > average interval time of a single unit.

2. Sany New Energy Henan Yanjin Wind Farm
The wind farm is located in Yanjin County, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, with 33 units of Sany Renewable Energy installedSE14630/32The unit (total capacity of 100MW) adopts a 140m high flexible tower. The hoisting began on July 25, 2020, and the full capacity was connected to the grid on December 10, 2020.

3. China Resources Henan Xiangshan Wind Farm
The wind farm is located in Xinxian County, Xinyang City, Henan Province, and is equipped with 9 SE14125 units (total capacity of 22.5MW) of Sany Renewable Energy, using 140m high flexible towers. It was hoisted on October 25, 2020, and all hoisting was completed on December 26, 2020.
The average wind speed at the center height of the hub of this wind farm is less than 5 m/s, and the equivalent full engine hours in 2021 are still about 2198 hours. In 2021, there were only 3 tower climbing failures in this wind farm, and the average interval between them was about 3 years.

4. Wuling Electric Power Anhui Sixian Wind Farm
The wind farm is located in Guanmiao Village, Si County, Suzhou City, Anhui Province, and is equipped with 17 Sany Renewable Energy SE14630 units (total capacity of 49.5MW) with 130m high flexible towers. The hoisting began on April 22, 2020, and the full capacity was connected to the grid on October 1, 2020.
In 2021, the equivalent full power generation hours of this wind farm are about 2,989 hours, which is extremely excellent in Anhui Province. In 2021, the utilization rate of the wind turbine was 99.96%.

5. Jiangsu Jinhu Haixin Wind Farm
The wind farm is located in Yinji Town, Jinhu County, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, and 10 SE14630 units (with a total capacity of 30MW) from Sany Renewable Energy are installed, using 140m high flexible towers. The wind speed of this wind farm is low, and the average annual wind speed of the hub center height is about 5m/s. In 2021, the equivalent full number of hours is still about 2,295 hours. The failure probability of the current wind turbine: the average interval time of a single fan is about 1 year.
All of the above-mentioned occasional failures in wind farms are minor faults that can be easily handled (e.g. carbon brush wear replacement, grease replenishment, etc.). From the above wind farm data, it can be seen that the power generation capacity and reliability of Sany Renewable Energy's high-flex tower wind turbine are excellent.
As long as the fan is well designed, manufactured, and managed well, the fan with all-steel high and flexible tower can fully meet the requirements of high reliability and high power generation capacity.
