Recently, the State Grid Corporation of China issued the "Announcement of the State Grid Corporation of China on the Allocation of Additional Subsidy Funds for the First Renewable Energy Electricity Price in the 2022 Annual Budget". According to the announcement, for the first time in the 2022 annual budget, the Ministry of Finance is expected to allocate a total of 3993719 yuan of the company's renewable energy electricity price additional subsidy funds, including 1051809 yuan for wind power generation, 2606737 yuan for solar power generation, and 335173 yuan for biomass power generation.

The principle and sequence of subsidy fund allocation are as follows: priority is given to the full allocation of the first to third batches of projects in the national photovoltaic poverty alleviation catalogue (poverty alleviation capacity);

Priority will be given to the full allocation of natural person distributed projects with an installed capacity of 50kW and below;

Priority will be given to the full allocation of PV projects determined by auction in 2019 and new projects eligible for funding in 2020 determined by the principle of "revenue and expenditure" until the end of 2021;

For the photovoltaic "leader" projects determined by the state, as well as the village-level photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects built by the state-recognized local governments with reference to the central government's policies, priority will be given to ensuring that 50% of the subsidy funds payable by the end of 2021 will be guaranteed for the allocated projects;

For other power generation projects, the subsidy funds payable from the date of grid connection of each project to the end of 2021 shall be allocated in equal proportions。
