Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission
On October 21, the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the "Notice on Issuing the Development Plan for Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects in 2022".
According to the "Notice", a total of 5.071 million kilowatts of wind and solar project development plans were issued. For the projects included in this batch of development plans, the wind power projects shall be approved within 6 months from the date of issuance of the plan, and shall be completed and put into operation within 24 months from the date of approval; Centralized PV projects should be completed and put into operation within 24 months from the date of issuance of the plan.
According to the list of projects, the Datang project leads the way, with a total of more than 700MW.
It is worth noting that from the perspective of the project development plan, the energy storage ratio of wind and solar projects is as high as 20%-55%, 2h.
