Through the development of offshore wind power, it will provide green power for oil and gas platforms, replace distributed gas or oil-fired power generation, improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and form a complementary power supply mode between offshore wind power and oil and gas field regional power systems. Considering that the development of offshore oil and gas fields and the subsequent rolling production involve the planning and layout of aviation, transportation and pipeline construction, the construction of new energy in the surrounding areas should be prioritized by oil and gas development enterprises as a whole, so as to gradually realize the integrated development of offshore wind power and offshore oil and gas industry.
