On July 21, more than 30 experts from 16 member companies of the affordable housing branch of Beijing Real Estate Association attendedTrinity ConstructionCarry out research on the coordinated development of intelligent construction and building industrialization, focusing on the research and development results, technical characteristics and project application of SPCS building industrialization system solutions, and successively visited the "Sany Construction Engineering Beijing PC Intelligent Construction Factory" and "A8 Dormitory SPCS Demonstration Project", and Ma Yunfei, chief engineer of Sany Construction Engineering and president of the Architectural Design and Research Institute, led the team to receive the reception.
Dean Ma Yunfei said in his speech that he welcomed and thanked the member units of the Affordable Housing Branch of Beijing Real Estate Association for organizing members to come to Sany to talk about intelligent construction and technical topics, and hoped to get the guidance and suggestions of experts in various fields present to further promote the continuous improvement of Sany Construction's intelligent construction technology.
He introduced that intelligent equipment as the starting point of Sany, we think about the construction industry with intelligent manufacturing genes, hoping to build a house like a car, and realize streamlining, automation and digital drive in the factory. We attach great importance to platform research and development, relying on technology, equipment, and platforms, combined with the continuous exploration of 5G technology and artificial intelligence, to truly implement and promote intelligent construction.

Dean Ma Yunfei said that SPCS is the assembly of integral steel welded mesh superimposed concrete structure system, by focusing on the main structure of the vertical building, fully integrating the characteristics of prefabrication and cast-in-place, with a wide range of applicability, not only can build shear wall structure, frame structure, frame-shear wall structure, but also can be used in underground engineering, water engineering, to achieve "full prefabrication of walls, columns, beams and plates, full assembly of ground and underground", with "high building quality, good waterproof performance, light weight of components" and other advantages.
Dean Ma Yunfei focused on the "Design Intelligence-SPCS Technology" that adapts to the prefabricated structure technology system of "Intelligent Construction", the "Production Intelligence-5G Lighthouse Factory" based on digitalization and informatization mechanization and automated intelligent production factory, and the "Construction Intelligence-5G Lighthouse Construction Site" based on SPCS in-plane operation construction technology and supporting station equipment and intelligent equipment. Ma Yunfei said that after a lot of theoretical analysis, experimental research and engineering practice, SPCS is safe and reliable under the design, production and construction conditions that meet the current standards, and has a wide range of application prospects.
In the exchange session, Zhu Guanghui, vice president and secretary general of the affordable housing branch of the Beijing Real Estate Association, and president of the Urban and Rural Planning and Design Institute of China Social Sciences (Beijing), said that at present, some problems have been encountered in the development and promotion of prefabricated buildings, and Sany Construction has done a lot of solid research work in the field of prefabricated buildings in various fields such as design, equipment, and digitalization. Knowing that the SPCS technology system has been applied in Beijing with a total area of more than 3 million square meters, of which 7 affordable housing projects have been applied, and 4 projects have been completed and passed the acceptance of the Beijing Structural Great Wall Cup, President Zhu further inquired about the development process, quality application and acceptance of the SPCS technology system, and exchanged views on the research and development of structural technology, thermal insulation integration technology, construction management and the construction of industrialized workers.

Subsequently, the on-site experts spoke enthusiastically, and President Ma Yunfei focused on the safety of the SPCS system, the key nodes of component connection, the density of cavity pouring detection, the ability to manufacture special components, the integration of structural insulation, the project delivery and acceptance method, and the cost advantages of the SPCS system.
