Jiang Liangchu said that the establishment of the Kaifu District Management Institute is a milestone in promoting the safety supervision of construction machinery in Kaifu District, and the Hunan Provincial Urban and Rural Construction Machinery Management Center and the Hunan Provincial Urban and Rural Emergency Rescue Corps will fully support the work of the Kaifu District Management Institute. It is reported that the Hunan Provincial Safety Production Committee issued the "Notice on Strengthening the Safety Supervision of Construction Machinery" (Xiang'an [2016] No. 1) document, requiring the standardization and strengthening of construction machinery safety production management, clear government supervision as the leading, Hunan Provincial Urban and Rural Construction Machinery Management Center as the basis for the work.
