The word hot is not enough to describe the current sales boom in the excavator industry! After four consecutive months of more than 70% plus a month of more than 50% year-on-year growth, excavator sales in February 2017 "soared", with a year-on-year growth rate of almost 300%!

What's more gratifying is that after detailed analysis of the data, it was found that the hot performance of the excavator in February was not accidental, whether it was from the tonnage distribution, regional comparison or enterprise competition, the outbreak of the excavator was comprehensive, and it was the growth of "you have me and I have everything"! To a large extent, this also shows that the reason for the explosion of excavator sales is root-rooted, from the demand side, genuine!
In terms of tonnage, large, medium andSmall diggingSales were 1,435, 4,727 and 8,330 units, respectively, and their respective proportions remained unchanged from 2016.
From the specific model, due to the overall base, single model sales in February also ushered in a "blowout" performance, in January * there were 4 models sold more than 100 units, and in February sales of more than 100 models reached 44 models, and almost all major brands of excavators have explosive sales.
From the perspective of brand competition, Sany Heavy Machinery still ranked first in February, with sales exceeding 3,600 units.
In February, domestic, European, American, Japanese and South Korean brands all performed well, and their respective market shares did not change much compared with 2016 (Japan and South Korea increased slightly), indicating that the market increment was "evenly wetted with rain and dew", and everyone got a piece of the pie.
From the perspective of regional sales, the top provinces in February excavator sales were Jiangsu, Anhui, Hubei, Shandong, Sichuan, etc., and the sales volume of Jiangsu Province and Anhui Province exceeded 1,000 units. Among them, Anhui and Hubei have a large increase in sales this month, especially Hubei Province, which sold less than 200 units in January, ranking eighth, and this month's sales reached 955 units, rising to the top three.
A total of 612 excavators were exported in February, compared with 600 units in January, and the performance was stable.
It is worth mentioning that in addition to the hot offline sales, the number of online inquiries for construction machinery also showed a blowout in February.
As mentioned earlier, the outbreak of excavators in February is comprehensive, the root of which lies in the demand side, the specific reason has been analyzed many times before, that is, the explosion of local investment - everywhere is the tide of construction, no wonder construction machinery is so hot!
As the infrastructure boom will continue throughout the year, the boom in sales of construction machinery and equipment is expected to continue. Coupled with the "Belt and Road" drive, and after 2008 after the peak sales of construction machinery and equipment sold into the elimination cycle, equipment replacement tide will bring new demand, 2017 construction machinery industry will usher in a continuous rise in the situation.
