There are 22 employees in the pump truck class, mainly responsible for the production of structural parts of the pump truck, including platform mud covers, ladders, guardrails, escalators, etc. Under the leadership of the squad leader Xu Xiangxian, the team members through various technical training and daily production hard skills, the pump truck class soon became the team of Zhongcheng Company's comprehensive quality * 5661. In the welder skills competition held by Zhongcheng Company not long ago, the pump truck class won the top three in comprehensive skills.

As the grass-roots team of the production line, the pump truck class has always put the product quality in the best position of all work, in line with the quality concept that the product without quality is the destruction, and adheres to the quality system of self-inspection, special inspection and mutual inspection, so that the product quality has been guaranteed. In June this year, the pump truck class completed a total of 133 sets of platform mud covers, 101 sets of right ladders, 69 sets of left ladders, and 168 sets of guardrails, with a monthly production plan completion rate of 100% and a comprehensive plan completion rate of 96.8%, ranking first in the company. In the case of such a high completion rate, the quality pass rate of its structural parts has reached 92%.

Due to the need for welding, grinding and other processes in the production of structural parts, the equipment is consumed greatly. The members of the pump truck squad compared the welding equipment of the welder to the soldier's gun and the writer's pen, and carried out equipment maintenance in strict accordance with the system, and the equipment integrity rate reached 100% in June.

At the same time, the pump truck class also pays attention to improving the safety awareness of employees and reducing and avoiding safety accidents. They actively participate in the safety education and training organized by the company, and organize teams to study carefully and discuss in depth. The safety awareness of employees has been significantly improved. Since the beginning of this year, there has not been a single safety accident in the pump truck class.

Due to the limited production site and outdated plant of Zhongcheng Company, the 6S management of the production site has always been a hard nut to crack. However, the pump truck class placed the parts in an orderly manner in the limited space, and the ground was always kept clean and tidy, and the on-site 6S under its jurisdiction also became a model area of Zhongcheng Company.
