On June 21, 2012, Sany Heavy Industry welcomed two special guests, two engineers from Tokyo Electric Power Company in Japan, Toyohiko Owada and Yoaki Sakai, who had operated a 62-meter pump truck donated by Sany to inject water into the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant to cool down. The purpose of the two of them was to visit Sany Heavy Industry, and it was also to express their gratitude for the selfless dedication of Sany Heavy Industry in the Fukushima nuclear accident. 2012 marks the 40th anniversary of the friendly diplomatic relations between China and Japan, and the Japanese engineer who participated in the Fukushima rescue in Japan is grateful for the Trinity Line, which is of special value and significance for enhancing the friendly relations between China and Japan and deepening the friendship between the two peoples.

On March 11, 2011, a massive earthquake measuring 9.0 on the Richter scale struck northeastern Japan, causing a huge tsunami and a leak at the Fukushima nuclear power plant, causing heavy casualties and property damage. At a time when people were actively responding to the disaster, the nuclear disaster crisis intensified. After learning about the purchase demand put forward by TEPCO, Sany Heavy Industry resolutely decided to provide the Japanese side with a 62-meter pump truck worth one million US dollars urgently needed for disaster relief free of charge. It also provided free training for Japanese engineers and technicians, and played an important role in responding to the Fukushima*5656 nuclear power plant accident. The 62-meter pump truck has won wide recognition from all walks of life in Japan and is affectionately known as the "big giraffe".

In addition to donating 62-meter pump trucks, Sany also selected three engineers with rich experience in pump truck commissioning and maintenance to carry out pump truck operation training and other related work in Japan. Due to the tight schedule, the training that would have taken about 3 months was condensed into 2 days. The Japanese operator has no experience, and in addition to the language barrier, many times they can only rely on Chinese and Japanese characters to communicate. After intensive training and repeated operation tests, two days later, the Japanese operators were able to operate the pump truck smoothly, and after filling the Fukushima nuclear power plant unit 1 with water, the temperature of the reactor was significantly reduced.

Toyohiko Owada and Yoaki Sakai, who came to Hunan to thank Sany for their emergency training at that time, operated the Sany pump truck to participate in the rescue of Fukushima in Japan. After the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant*5656 nuclear accident, 45-year-old Sakai and 36-year-old Owada*5656, employees of Tokyo Electric Power Company, stepped forward to participate in the rescue of the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant.

In just two days of training, Sakai and Owada were able to work closely with the long-arm pump trucks from China. Since March 31, Sany pump trucks have been continuously filling the nuclear power plant with water, and it was not until May 31 that the Fukushima nuclear power plant's own cooling system was gradually restored. Subsequently, because the Sany pump truck is the first equipment equipped with cameras and radiation sensors on site, the pump truck often extends its boom for detection, becoming the "clairvoyant" to watch over the Fukushima nuclear power plant. At present, the pump truck is running in good condition without any failures.

"Sany donated the pump truck to Japan free of charge, and we must take this work of operating the pump truck seriously, and give full play to the function of the pump truck to inject water and resolve the crisis of nuclear explosion." Reminiscing about the past, Sakai spoke his mind. In addition to their devotions, Sakai and Owada also have a grateful heart. "We *want to thank Trinity." When Japan was in crisis, Sany stepped forward to help Japan, and this humanitarian spirit that transcended national borders has always encouraged them to continue working despite the danger of radiation. This year marks the 40th anniversary of Sino-Japanese friendship, and Sakai and Owada hope to be witnesses of Sino-Japanese friendship.

According to reports, the main job of the Fukushima nuclear power plant at present is to wait for the nuclear reactor to cool down. After two years, the working group will start operations to remove spent fuel from the reactors of units 1 to 4; Within 10 years, the recovery of fuel that fell outside the reactor containment vessel due to melting will begin; The fuel recovery operation will be completed in 20 to 25 years; The dismantling of the facility will begin in 30 to 40 years. In the later closure phase of the Fukushima nuclear power plant, the Sany pump truck may play a role again to carry out the concrete sealing work. Because the pump truck is covered with radioactive material, it cannot be taken out of the site, and it will eventually be dismantled and buried. Sakai and Owada said that their wish in this life*5655 is to see the sealing work of the Sany pump truck after the completion of the *, and to pay tribute to this "old comrade-in-arms" who witnessed the friendship between China and Japan.

It is worth mentioning that Sany Heavy Industry donated a 62-meter pump truck to Japan free of charge, which was unexpectedly rewarded. On August 23, 2011, in Japan's *5656 high-rise building - Abeno Center Building, SanyTow pumpThe first successful pouring of concrete marks the official entry of Sany pumping products into the Japanese market. The Japanese side is very cautious in the selection of construction equipment. From the beginning of the doubts about the Sany brand to the final realization of cooperation, the turning point is that in 2011, Sany provided a 62-meter pump truck free of charge to help Japan's Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant, and its national righteousness, product quality, and service skills have won the recognition of the international community and impressed the Japanese representatives. Subsequently, after further investigation, Sany Trailer Pump was selected to officially enter the *5656 high-rise project site on August 23 of that year. Today, the construction of *5656 high-rise buildings in Japan has exceeded 200 meters, and Sany Pump is running without failure. "Sany's pump truck is amazing." These are the words that Owada often said when training their pump operators. After personally operating the pump truck, Owada's view of "Made in China" is more objective and rational.

Sany's great love has greatly enhanced the international image of "Made in China", and also made many Japanese people have a new understanding of Made in China and Chinese technology. With the gradual establishment of the brand, domestic construction machinery and equipment, including Sany pump trucks, excavators, reach stackers, have successively entered the Japanese market with strict product access system. After the failure of German and Korean brands to enter the Japanese market, China's Sany was able to enter the Japanese market and participate in the construction of landmark projects, which is a historic breakthrough and Japan's affirmation of "Made in China".
