It is one of the top 50 construction machinery manufacturers in the world, one of the top 500 Chinese enterprises, one of the top 500 Asian brands, one of Forbes' "China's top enterprises", and also China's most self-owned brand with growth potential and China's most competitive brand...... Its heroic role in the rescue of the Chilean nuclear power plant and the Fukushima nuclear power plant in Japan has made the name "SANY" known to the world.

However, when it comes to the origin of the name "Trinity", many people may not be clear. It comes from the vision of Sany at the beginning of its establishment: "to create a first-class enterprise, create first-class talents, and make first-class contributions".

After 16 years, has "Sany" achieved these "three * 5656"? On the occasion of the announcement of the first Governor's Quality Award, we approached Sany to find out.

In terms of quality, Sany Heavy Industry's strong R&D strength, original SPS Sany production management model and one-stop, user-oriented service model have created the three core competitiveness of "Sany" R&D, manufacturing and service, so that Sany products are comparable to well-known foreign brands, and many products have reached the world's leading level. 72 meters of the world's first long boom pump truck, the world's first microfoamed asphalt cement mortar truck, the world's * 5656 high-speed rail special dry mix mortar mixing plant and other products have created a number of "world * 5656".

In terms of sales, Sany products are exported to more than 110 countries and regions, and up to now, Sany has exported more than 1 billion US dollars. In terms of layout, Sany Group has 30 overseas subsidiaries and 15 logistics centers, covering 150 countries. From 2006 to 2009, Sany established R&D and manufacturing bases in India, the United States, Germany and Brazil. With the initial completion of the global layout, Sany will enhance its own strength by integrating the world's superior resources, and the "Sany of the world" will become clearer and clearer.

■Helping employees succeed is helping enterprises grow

 

In 2011, in addition to the rescue of the Fukushima nuclear power plant in Japan, the hotly discussed topic of Sany * was that Liang Wengen, Tang Xiuguo, Xiang Wenbo, and Mao Zhongwu were on the 2011 global billionaires list, accounting for almost half of the people in Hunan. In 2007, Liang Wengen announced: the starting salary of Sany employees with a bachelor's degree is 3,000 yuan, and the starting salary of a graduate degree is 6,000 yuan. ■Win the market with quality and move the world with responsibility

 

On August 5, 2010, when a collapse occurred at the San Jose Copper Mine in northern Chile, Sany Heavy Industry's SCC4000 crawler crane, as one of the two equipment for on-site rescue, witnessed the whole process of rescuing 33 trapped miners.

On March 11, 2011, a magnitude 9.0 earthquake struck Japan, triggering the Fukushima nuclear crisis. Sany Heavy Industry*5656 donated a 62-meter pump truck worth 1 million US dollars to Japan, and it is still operating at the rescue site.

These two things have sparked heated discussions in China. Some people praise Sany for launching the "Made in China" brand, and some people suspect that Sany is putting on a show.

"We never deliberately pursued it, it just came naturally." Yi Xiaogang, CEO of Sany Heavy Industry, explained: "Without excellent quality, how can you participate in the rescue? "He told us the story behind the rescue effort.

In the Chilean mining disaster, the crawler crane used was purchased by a Chilean customer from Sany Heavy Industry in 2008, because of its stable performance during use, it was identified as one of the machines involved in the rescue after bidding, assessment and viewing of construction records in the Chilean government's solicitation of rescue plans. In the bidding and assessment process, Sany employees neither participated nor knew about it.

In the Fukushima rescue, in order to cool the nuclear reactor, TEPCO thought of filling water with a long boom pump truck. They inspected the internationally renowned construction machinery manufacturers and found that the world record holder of the 72-meter pump truck was Sany, so they found Sany and asked to buy a long-arm pump truck. At that time, Sany had no inventory, and after negotiating with foreign merchants, with the consent of the other party, a 62-meter pump truck that the merchant had ordered was donated to Japan free of charge.

After the quality of both machines was affirmed by the other party, they took the initiative to ask them to participate in the rescue; And in the two rescues, they performed well without exception and earned money for the countrymen.

"The Fukushima rescue pump truck was originally designed to be 100 meters away from the remote control, but TEPCO wants to increase it to more than 1,000 meters in consideration of the safety range of nuclear radiation. After the product departed from Hunan, we rushed to produce it overnight, and finally developed a remote control with a range of more than 1 km before the pump truck was put on the ship and went to Japan, and it was delivered in time. Yi Xiaogang proudly told us.

"Now the pump truck has been running for more than 2 months, with an average of water filling every other day, and there have been no quality problems, and the machine is running smoothly." Yi Xiaogang said, with a little pride on his face.

In October 2010, the Chilean government issued a letter of thanks to China Sany for its contribution to Chile's relief. In April 2011, an elderly Japanese man named Fukuren traveled to the headquarters of Sany in Changsha to see this "hero enterprise" on TV, and expressed his gratitude and respect to Sany......

Time went on, when the giant ship in Northern Ireland ran aground on the beach, in the Hunan ice relief, in the Wenchuan earthquake, when the mountain collapsed in Wulong, Chongqing, when Typhoon "Morakot" hit Taiwan, in the Yushu earthquake in Qinghai, when the Shanghai-Kunming railway train went off the line...... All of them are involved in the rescue of Sany products. Today's Sany has won the market with quality and touched the world with responsibility.

"In fact, many times, quality and responsibility go hand in hand." Yi Xiaogang said.

Without responsibility, quality has no soul; Without quality, responsibility becomes an empty talk. With the mission of "quality changes the world", quality and responsibility are mutually reinforcing, and have become a strong driving force for the development of enterprises.
