But every time a crisis is turned into an opportunity, it shows Liang Wengen's excellence in employing people, and his senior management team has been relatively stable since the beginning of his business, even if he is a person with a distinctive personality like President Xiang Wenbo, he also has a high loyalty to Sany.

His younger brother Liang Zhenggen served as the assistant to the president and was in charge of audit and supervision, while his son joined the Sany Group as soon as he graduated from university and is now in a high position. One day in June 1995, Liang Wengen rushed to Beijing from his hometown in Hunan to ask for help from Yi Xiaogang, a hydraulic user who worked at the Beijing Institute of Machinery Industry Automation. Yi Xiaogang may never have expected that his career would take a magnificent turn.
But after staying in Changsha for half a year, Yi Xiaogang decisively chose to stay and break with everything in Beijing. Yi Xiaogang once said, "My family thinks I'm crazy and ignores me." But it was such an "incomprehensible" choice that created a brilliant one.

Li Bing is a native of Yiyang. In 1998, when he was still an associate professor of Chang'an University, he was invited to join Sany Group, and after joining, Li Bing served as the president and deputy general manager of Sany Heavy Industry Research Institute. More than ten years ago, Liang Wengen, the head of Sany, promised to give employees huge awards when the sales revenue exceeded 10 billion.
After Li Bing joined, the condition for him was that he must work in Sany Group for 10 years. But due to physical reasons, Li Bing died of illness about a year after being hospitalized in 2004, when he was in his 30s. "For responsible enterprises, a promise must be done, let alone talents with outstanding contributions like this." Xiang Wenbo said.
In Sany Group, there are not a few such foreign talents, and it can be clearly seen from the organizational chart of Sany Heavy Industry that the reporter understands that many minister-level executives are from the airborne, and some personnel are directly from the middle and senior management talents of some large international enterprises.
For talents, Liang Wengen has never been stingy in opening his money bag. For a long time before the listing, Sany continued to show the banner of development space and high salaries, and introduced a large number of airborne troops. Liang Wengen once revealed that in 2002, his own annual salary was 600,000 yuan, general manager Xiang Wenbo's annual salary was 500,000 yuan, executive deputy general manager Yi Xiaogang's annual salary was 400,000 yuan, and financial director Zhao Xiangzhang's annual salary was 300,000 yuan.
In addition to such senior management personnel, Liang Wengen regards the technicians of Sany Heavy Industry as the most important "treasure", and he once joked with the technicians of Sany Heavy Industry: "You are like hairy crabs in Yangcheng Lake." When Sany did not yet have a decent office building, the R&D building was already completed. In the past, domestic researchers liked to go abroad, often for research and development conditions. With Sany's R&D conditions, there is little need for most technicians to go out. Xiang Wenbo explained the concept of Sany employment from another aspect: "Sany has also laid off people when the pressure of macro-control is high, but we have never laid off technical personnel. ”
