In the past 10 years, Sany Group has grown from a little-known private construction machinery company to a company with a transaction volume of US$13.1 billion and a market value ranking 431st among the "Fortune 500". In the view of Liang Wengen, a representative of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, director of Sany Group and chairman of Sany Heavy Industry, all these achievements have benefited not only from the strong innovation ability of the enterprise, but also from the country's reform and opening up policy and the support of governments at all levels.

"At present, there is no doubt that the development environment of private enterprises is getting better and better." Liang Wengen said that before the reform and opening up, most of China's construction machinery relied on imports, almost 90% of which were imported from Germany, Japan and the United States, and now we not only do not need to import, but also can export a large number of private enterprises in which they have played a great role in promoting. "It is hoped that the '36 non-public articles' can be effectively implemented, not only in terms of market access, but also in terms of legal protection, such as business rights, property rights, etc." For the upcoming 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Liang Wengen is full of expectations.

"I am a party representative of the 17th National Congress, and I was elected as a representative of the 18th National Congress this time, and I have also been elected as a representative of the National People's Congress for three terms. Liang Wengen recalled that in the early days of reform and opening up, it was very difficult for private entrepreneurs to join the party. He wrote an application for joining the party for nearly 20 years, but he was not approved by the organization because of his status as a private entrepreneur, and he did not join the party until the important thinking of the "three represents" was proposed. "It is a major breakthrough for private entrepreneurs to be elected as party representatives." Liang Wengen said excitedly.

The party's organization has also grown and strengthened within the Sany Group. In recent years, party organizations at all levels have attached great importance to the party building work of non-public organizations, and by strengthening the construction of party organizations, the party organizations have firmly gained a firm foothold in the position of private enterprises.

"It is very meaningful not to let private enterprises become a blank in the construction of party organizations." Liang Wengen believes that in the past, private enterprises did not have party committees, and they always felt that they were outside the mainstream. Now, the development and growth of party organizations in private enterprises gives them a feeling that the party and the government treat private enterprises and state-owned enterprises the same. After the reform and opening up, the rapid development of private enterprises, such a large position, must be guided by the party's theory, ideology and ideals, the same way, practice has proved that the party building has also further promoted the business development of private enterprises.
