Xiang Wenbo said that in the past few years, the demand for construction machinery has continued to bottom out, overcapacity, and the profitability of enterprises has weakened.

Xiang Wenbo said that in the past, the construction machinery industry was prosperous on the surface, but behind it there were deep-seated hidden dangers such as chaotic competition order, overheating of market investment, and lower thresholds, and also derived problems such as low management efficiency, insufficient cost control, and loose corporate culture.

In Xiang Wenbo's view, the past construction machinery industry long-term annual ultra-high-speed growth of dozens of percent, is unusual, when the capital and policy dividends are exhausted, the construction machinery industry is bound to experience a reshuffle.
