On May 28, the first wind turbine of Sany Renewable Energy Tongyu Manufacturing Base officially rolled off the assembly line in Tongyu, Jilin.This is the first wind turbine in Jilin to roll off the assembly line since the national "double carbon" goal was proposed.The first wind turbine off the assembly line marks the completion and operation of the second phase of the Sany Renewable Energy Wind Power Intelligent Manufacturing Tongyu Industrial Park project, and also makes Sany Renewable Energy the only complete machine manufacturer in China where all the "complete machine + wind power blades" have landed in Jilin.

The theme of this offline ceremony is "Zero Carbon Jilin Green Revitalization". Zhou Fugui, Chairman of Sany Renewable Energy, Li Deming, Secretary of Tongyu County Party Committee, and Zhao Haifeng, Deputy Secretary-General of Jilin Provincial Government, attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. The offline ceremony was presided over by Liu Zhenxing, the magistrate of Tongyu County.

Zhou Fugui, chairman of Sany Renewable Energy, first delivered a speech for the offline ceremony. He expressed his sincere gratitude to the industry colleagues who have supported and helped the development of Sany Renewable Energy's wind power industry for a long time, and extended a warm welcome to the leaders and guests who came to the offline ceremony. He said that the "3060 goal" proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping has depicted a bright development prospect for the wind power industry. Vigorously developing clean energy is beneficial to the present and future generations, and wind power is an industry that will benefit future generations and be proud. Tongyu County is rich in products and outstanding people, especially the scenery and resources are very rich; The pragmatic style of the leaders of Tongyu County and Jilin Provincial Government deeply moved and infected Sany Renewable Energy. Today, the first unit rolled off the assembly line, and the support and dedication of governments at all levels in Jilin have blossomed beautiful flowers, and I believe that they will bear fruitful results. The official launch of the first wind turbine marks the completion and operation of another complete assembly line of Sany Renewable Energy in addition to Beijing. Sany Renewable Energy will adhere to the concept of "being a man first and doing things later" and "quality changes the world", steadily and solidly promote the production capacity and intelligent level of Tongyu manufacturing base, and build it into a core production base based in Jilin and radiating surrounding provinces and regions. Sany Renewable Energy is full of confidence and expectation for the development of Jilin, and will strive to contribute to the realization of Jilin's "double carbon" goal.

Li Deming, member of the Standing Committee of the Baicheng Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Tongyu County Party Committee, spoke highly of the development of Sany Renewable Energy in Tongyu in his speech. He said that the first wind turbine of Tongyu manufacturing base opened a new chapter in Tongyu wind power equipment manufacturing, which is a milestone in the history of Tongyu wind power development and an important moment in the history of Tongyu industrial development. It is the first wind turbine to roll off the assembly line in Jilin since the "double carbon" goal was proposed, which is the result of the great attention of provincial and municipal leaders and the result of Sany Renewable Energy's dedication. In 2009, Sany Renewable Energy's wind power blade production line settled in Tongyu, and since then, the wind power industry has been up and down, and Sany Renewable Energy has always adhered to Tongyu. 12 years of perseverance has allowed us to see the perseverance spirit and long-term strategic vision of Sany people. The cooperation between Tongyu County and Sany Renewable Energy will become closer and closer, and the two sides will work together to achieve the national "double carbon" goal.

Zhao Haifeng, Deputy Secretary-General of the Jilin Provincial Government, said in his speech that Jilin Province actively implements the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and important instructions during his inspection of Jilin, actively implements the national goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality", and accelerates the comprehensive revitalization of Jilin. The Jilin Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government attach great importance to this event. Sany Renewable Energy and Tongyu County have made great efforts to build a wind power industrial park of "complete machine + blade", which fully reflects the strong synergy of government-enterprise cooperation. At present, Jilin Province is focusing on promoting the work of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality", based on the development of more than 100 million kilowatts of wind and solar energy resources, and planning to build the "Three Gorges of Onshore Wind and Solar Energy". During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the in-depth co-construction of wind power industrial parks and wind farms will also be carried out to build a million-kilowatt wind power base. It is believed that with the joint efforts of Jilin Province and Sany, the cooperation between the two sides will work together to climb new heights and create new brilliance.

In the keynote speech session, Chen Xiangquan, vice president of Sany Renewable Energy Research Institute, gave a keynote speech on "Wind Power Solutions for the Northeast Region"; Xiong Li, deputy director of the Wind Power Division of the General Institute of Hydropower and Water Conservancy Planning and Design, gave a keynote speech on "Analysis of China's Wind Power Investment Situation and Policy Trend under the Background of Low-carbon Development Strategy and Transformation". The wonderful sharing has injected wisdom into the development of wind power in Northeast China.

The wind turbine products produced by Sany Renewable Energy Tongyu Intelligent Manufacturing Base can meet the needs of large-scale customized wind power development in Northeast China and eastern Mongolia. This time off the assembly line is Sany Renewable Energy 3. The wind turbines of the XMW platform will be transported to the wind power project in Tieling City, Liaoning Province for installation.
