On June 28, Yao Yining, the backbone of scientific research in the process room of Daqing No. 7 Oil Production Plant, told reporters that the fracturing of the old well of the plant has become a sharp tool for digging deep into the benefit oil in the Grape Flower Oilfield.
It is reported that with the extension of working hours, oil and gas wells will have low production and low efficiency, and at present, fracturing measures are an important production stimulation measure to control these low-production and low-efficiency old wells. In the first half of the year, Daqing No. 7 Oil Production Plant aimed at the old well of the Grape Flower Oilfield under its jurisdiction, strictly controlled the benefits in the whole process of fracturing, and the old well fracturing continued to exert force in oil increase, water control and injection, not only completed the fracturing task of the old well for half a month ahead of schedule, but also increased the oil by 8,600 tons in the stage, and the cumulative oil increase in the whole year is expected to reach more than 25,000 tons.
Hou Zhidong, deputy director of the technology room, told reporters: "Looking back on this year's old well fracturing work, an important harvest is to successfully complete the construction and transformation of 28 'old and difficult' wells. Due to the fact that the well site is in a low-lying blister and the road to the well is flooded, the potential of these wells has not been transformed for a long time, and the longest well has not been fracturing for 6 years. After our successful construction this year, the remaining reserves of the block have been effectively utilized. Taking Well Ao 298-59 as an example, after the renovation of this well, the initial daily oil increase reached 2.5 tons, and the cumulative oil increase has reached 104.5 tons. ”
In order to improve the high speed of fracturing operation, the plant was led by the chief engineer to set up a joint research team composed of reservoirs, engineering systems and oil production units to carry out the optimization of the well layer and process optimization in advance, and complete the optimization and scheme design of 125 fracturing potential wells in advance, so as to provide sufficient program guarantee for the smooth start of fracturing work. At the same time, the scientific research personnel of the plant seized the opportunity and operated finely.
Reducing costs and increasing efficiency has always been a difficult problem for old wells to stabilize oil production. At the beginning of the operation of the fracturing measures well of the No. 7 Oil Production Plant, the average daily oil increase of a single well was only 2.9 tons. Undeterred, the scientific researchers actively carried out new fracturing technology and new technology research and tests in view of the problems of poor well formation, difficulty in well selection and layer selection, and deterioration of the effect and benefit of measures in the Grapehua Oilfield.
In view of the repeated fracturing wells in the old area of northern Portugal, the plant actively tested the technology of temporary plugging and fracturing in the fracture to improve the degree of reservoir transformation. In view of the imperfect injection and production and low formation energy, the rehydration and energy enhancement fracturing technology was first tried to broaden the well selection conditions and extend the effect of the measures. A variety of new supporting fracturing technologies such as variable particle size proppant and clean fracturing fluid have been tested and applied in the field, and the annual fracturing oil increase of old wells is 8629.3 tons. Among them, the 7G21-140-26 well has been transformed through personalized measures to create the dual effect of replenishing formation energy and tapping the remaining oil in the reservoir to increase oil, with a daily oil production of 15.6 tons.
