The oil and gas production of Tarim Oilfield has achieved "double more than half"

As of June 30, the Tarim Oilfield efficiently organized the centralized construction and production of Bozi-Dabei and Fuman Oilfields, accelerated the second deepening of the comprehensive treatment of the old oil and gas fields, and produced 16.38 million tons of oil and gas in the first half of the year, completing 51.9% of the annual plan, an increase of 630,000 tons year-on-year, including 3.194 million tons of petroleum liquids and 16.55 billion cubic meters of natural gas, realizing the "double excess and more than half" of oil and gas, creating the best results in history.

Since the beginning of the year, Tarim Oilfield has done in-depth study and education on the history of the party, accurately grasped the deployment of the "five strategies", highlighted the centralized construction and production of the Fuman, Bozi-Dabei blocks, carried out the second comprehensive treatment of old oil and gas fields, and strictly implemented the production plan of "ensuring the month by ten, the season by the month, and the year by the quarter", which has laid a solid foundation for achieving high-quality development and a good start of the "14th Five-Year Plan".

Do a good job in the offensive war of oil and gas exploration. We have done a good job in the overall evaluation of the Bozi-Dabei block, and a number of exploration wells and evaluation wells such as Bozi 17 and Bozi 1202 have obtained high-yield gas flows, and the Bozi-Dabei trillion cubic meter atmospheric area has been basically implemented, and a total of 19 gas reservoirs have been discovered. To speed up the full coverage of high-precision 3D earthquakes in the Fuman Oilfield, two important discoveries have been made in the Ordovician of Tabei Province, two important discoveries have been made in the Manshen 3 well and Well 2 in the Manshen 2 well, and the Yingxi 1 well has achieved high production in the Ordovician system, and the 1 billion ton ultra-deep oil and gas area of the Fuman Oilfield has been basically implemented.

Engineering technology speed up and improve efficiency. Intensify engineering and technical research, and comprehensively promote the mature supporting speed-up technology of "drill bit optimization + tool matching + parameter strengthening", and the average completion speed is about 5% year-on-year. Bozi 701 well applied air drilling technology, setting two records for the footage of a single drill bit and the speed of the stroke; Fuyuan 206-H2 well and Manshen 4 well were drilled quickly, setting a record for the fastest drilling in the same block. Supporting the formation of salt gypsum layer and Permian long open hole cementing problem solutions, tackling key problems to form the well sealing technology in the basin area, cementing quality pass rate to more than 80%.

Firmly establish the concept of oil and gas reservoir management. Adhere to the integration of exploration and development, accelerate the centralized construction and production of Bozi-Dabei and Fuman oilfields, prepare development plans in advance, and strengthen the three-level review of well locations. In the first half of the year, the new crude oil production capacity was 243,000 tons, the natural gas production capacity was 1.32 billion cubic meters, and the eight new wells in the Fuman Oilfield all received high-yield oil and gas flows of more than 100 tons per day.

The potential of the secondary comprehensive treatment of old oil and gas fields is deepened. All oil and gas production units take up the "microscope" and strive to turn problems into potential, potential into measures, and measures into output. By continuing to deepen the comprehensive treatment, strictly implement the "three chief divisions" review mechanism, pay close attention to fine water injection, strengthen gas injection and production, attach importance to gas reservoir water control, promote the transformation of single well treatment to the overall management of oil and gas reservoirs, restore crude oil production capacity of 210,000 tons and natural gas production capacity of 1.1 billion cubic meters, and control the comprehensive decline rate of oil and gas within 10% and 7% respectively.

The maintenance of oil and gas units is scientific and efficient. Adhering to the principle of "inspection and inspection, efficient organization, safety and stability, and continuous optimization", the total maintenance time of 11 sets of oil and gas processing units in the first half of the year was reduced by 51 days compared with the plan, which affected the crude oil output of 19,700 tons and the natural gas output of 274 million cubic meters.
