At the same time, through digital means such as machine vision, energy consumption monitoring and early warning applications,Sany Heavy Industry pile machine factory improves production efficiency and quality consistency, reducing energy consumption.
It is worth mentioning that the intelligent manufacturing changes that have occurred in the pile rig factory are happening in all Sany factories. At present, the total investment of Sany Group's lighthouse factory project is about 17 billion yuan, with a total of 46 factory projects, of which 22 have been completed and put into operation, 16 are under construction, and 8 are planned, realizing 1 million devices on the cloud and moving towards a new height of intelligent manufacturing one after another.
