recentlySany Smart Mine, a subsidiary of Sany International, signed a cooperation agreement with Hulunbuir Dongming Coal Mine on unmanned "model mine".。 The two sides will join forces to realize unmanned mining, transportation, disposal and other multi-link unmanned and remote control technologies in the extremely cold areas of eastern Mongolia, promote cost reduction and efficiency increase, and increase safety guarantees.Build a "model mine" for unmanned cluster operation in the coal industry.
It is reported that Dongming Coal Mine is a modern open-pit mine controlled by Yuntianhua (600096), with an annual output of 3 million tons of coal, and has been included in the list of key mines for national coal supply guarantee and the list of national green mines, and won the National Green Mine Outstanding Contribution Award.
Relying on Sany International's full set of mining equipment and service system,Sany Smart Mine has launched a set of "Smart Mine Operation System" that integrates dynamic monitoring, data analysis and mining, and operation management.Since the fourth quarter of last year, Sany Smart Mine's unmanned business has been reported frequently.It has successively started commercial operation in Ordos Chaonaoliang Coal Mine and Ordos Minda Coal Mine.
In December 2021, Sany Zhi Mine and Chaonaoliang Coal Mine signed the Operation Service Agreement.Chaonaoliang Coal Mine is located in Dalat Banner, Ordos, with an annual output of 4 million tons of coal. In the first phase of Sany Smart Mine, 30 unmanned mining trucks are planned to be deployed, and 17 have been put into operation (11 of which are electric).It has accumulated more than 10,000 kilometers of operation and more than 100,000 square meters of earthworks.
In February 2022, Sany Smart Mine and Minda Coal Mine signed a cooperation agreement on unmanned driving.Minda Coal Mine is located in Dongsheng District, Ordos City, with an annual output of 5 million tons of coal. The first phase of Sany Smart Mine plans to deploy 10 unmanned vehicles, and is currently carrying out scheme design and preliminary preparations.
It is estimated that by the end of 2022, Sany Smart Mine will be able to operate more than 50 unmanned mining vehicles independently, of which electrified equipment accounts for 90%, and strive to operate more than 500 unmanned vehicles in the next three years.
