Recently, Sany Marine, a subsidiary of Sany International, has launched a variety of new energy and intelligent products such as electric reach stackers, unmanned pure electric tractors, and automated container trucks, further accelerating the transformation of electrification and helping the green and intelligent development of port logistics.
A new generation of electric reach stackers: 10 hours of continuous operation
The third generation of Sany pure electric reach stacker SRSC45E3 adopts a 507kWh large-capacity lithium iron phosphate battery pack, supports high-power dual-gun charging technology, and only takes 1 hour to fully charge, and can operate continuously for up to 10 hours.
The battery life is guaranteed, and the performance is also greatly improved. In terms of design, the SRSC45E3 adopts a single-motor direct drive, combined with a self-developed braking/energy recovery system, which has lower energy consumption, higher efficiency, more comfortable driving, and a comprehensive endurance of more than 10% higher than that of products with the same capacitance.
In addition, not long ago, another electric reach stacker SRSC45E2 was also delivered to customers in Hebei and Tianjin, which attracted much attention.
Compared with the original product, the controller SYAS-B1 and display have been upgraded SRSC45E2, and the "brake regeneration" configuration has been retained, which continues the long battery life and economy of the product, while the operation experience and operation performance have been comprehensively improved.
At present, Sany electric reach stacker products with high quality and low energy consumption have been widely used in 13 provinces and cities such as Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Tianjin, Shandong, Jiangsu, and Shanghai, and have been favored by more and more customers.

As early as 2020, Sany launched the first batch of pure electric container trucks in China in Xiamen Port, taking the lead in the implementation stage of electric industrialization. In March this year, Sany once again launched 4 Sany pure electric tractors. At present, the number of Sany pure electric tractors serving at various terminals in Xiamen Port exceeds 40.
The operation data shows that after the "oil to electricity", the energy saving rate of this batch of products is as high as 80%, the labor and maintenance costs are 20% lower, and each vehicle saves 17 tons of standard coal per year, which is equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by 45 tons per year, helping the development of Xiamen Port Green Port to be at the forefront of the country.
Pure electric container transporter: intelligent error correction
When it comes to busy terminal operations, safety and efficiency are paramount. The SM5088JZEVA of pure electric container trucks recently launched by Sany Offshore is such a product.
The product integrates the technology of "laser navigation + Beidou navigation + visual navigation", which can intelligently correct the alignment error, realize the accurate positioning of the vehicle, improve efficiency and prevent potential accidents.
