On September 6, 2016, one of the company's ABB industrial robots could not enter the normal operation interface during the system start-up process. If the special CF storage card worth nearly 10,000 yuan needs to be replaced according to the manufacturer's method, and the maintenance period will take nearly a month, Lu Xiong rose to the challenge, and through the in-depth study of ABB industrial robot data, the robot was repaired without replacing the accessories, so that the robot was successfully put into use.
