In August 2019, the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Circulation and Promoting Commercial Consumption" to encourage the transformation of old factories into commercial complexes. At this time, the No. 8 plant of the "old factory" has already been gearing up and ready to go!

The following month, the "retired" No. 8 factory was officially unveiled with a new look, and the first modern sports complex in Hunan - "Happy Luck Rubik's Cube" sports theme park was born here.
